Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest teczka introligatorska spelniajaca funkcje oprawy pism i dokumentów o charakterze gratulacji, podziekowan, nominacji, czy okolicznosciowych zyczen. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest budowa teczki introligatorskiej pozwalajacej na uzyskanie szczególnego efektu oslonowego i wizualnego z umieszczonym w niej pismem lub dokumentem. Efekt ten tworzy pokrycie wewnetrznej powierzchni ekspozycyjnej specjalnym materialem o charakterystycznej fakturze, polaczonym z ekspozycyjnym elementem metalowym, uzyskujac nowa, bardzo estetyczna i wielofunkcjonalna postac teczki introligatorskiej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane teczki introligatorskiej rozlozonej w polozeniu pionowym, fig. 2 - druga odmiane teczki introligatorskiej rozlozonej w polozeniu pionowym, fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane teczki introligatorskiej rozlozonej w polozeniu poziomym. Pierwsza odmiana teczki introligatorskiej wykonana z tektury oklejonej okleina introligatorska ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze na wewnetrznej stronie teczki 1, na jej powierzchni ekspozycyjnej, znajduje sie podium 2 o powierzchni zewnetrznej pokrytej specjalnym materialem technika tlock, uzyskujac fakture powierzchni charakterystyczna dla zamszu. W podium 2 uksztaltowane jest wglebienie 3. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia teczki I i powierzchnia ekspozycyjna ma barwe granatowa z jasniejsza tonacjapowierzchni wglebienia i biala barwe drugiej wewnetrznej powierzchni teczki I , jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Na stronie ekspozycyjnej, w narozach zewnetrznych osadzone sa metalowe narozniki o identycznych kolorach, jak metalowa plytka 4. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia teczki 1 i powierzchnia ekspozycyjna ma barwe brazowa oraz biala barwe drugiej wewnetrznej powierzchni teczki I, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana teczki introligatorskiej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma ksztalt i budowe ja k w odmianie drugiej. Wyróznikiem jest granatowa powierzchnia zewnetrzna teczki I i niebieska z róznymi odcieniami powierzchni wewnetrznej teczki, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym tig. 3. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bookbinding folder designed to hold letters and documents conveying congratulations, thanks, nominations, or special wishes. The essence of the industrial design is the construction of the bookbinding folder, which allows for a unique protective and visual effect for the letter or document contained within. This effect is achieved by covering the inner display surface with a special material with a distinctive texture, combined with a metal display element, creating a new, highly aesthetic, and multifunctional form of bookbinding folder. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of a bookbinding folder unfolded vertically, Fig. 2 - the second variant of a bookbinding folder unfolded vertically, and Fig. 3 - the third variant of a bookbinding folder unfolded horizontally. The first variant of the bookbinding folder, made of cardboard covered with bookbinding veneer, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that on the inside of folder 1, on its display surface, there is a podium 2, the outer surface of which is covered with a special material using the tlock technique, obtaining a surface texture characteristic of suede. A recess 3 is formed in the podium 2. The outer surface of the folder I and the display surface is navy blue with a lighter tone on the recess surface and the white color of the second inner surface of the folder I, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1. The second variety of bookbinding folder has important features (patterns no. vs. word) characterized by its shape and structure similar to that of the first variety. A distinguishing feature is the embedding in the recess 3 of a metal plate 4 with graphic elements applied to it, connected by an imprint with specific content appropriate to the nature of the document or letter. On the display side, metal corners are embedded in the outer corners, identical in color to metal plate 4. The outer surface of folder 1 and the display surface are brown, and the second inner surface of folder I is white, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third variant of the bookbinding folder has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by its shape and structure similar to the second variant. A distinguishing feature is the navy blue outer surface of folder I and the blue with various shades of the inner surface of the folder, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 3. PL PL
