Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli fryzjerskich przeznaczonych do kompletnego wyposazania gabinetów fryzjerskich. Znane zestawy skladaja sie z recepcji w postaci biurka, stolika do manicure, regalów czesto oszklonych, konsolet w postaci lustra z blatem na przybory fryzjerskie, stolików otoczonych sofami i fotelikami tworzacych poczekalnie oraz foteli fryzjerskich i foteli do myjni, z których kazdy ustawiony jest przy stopie zakonczonej umywalka. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na rysunku zbiorczym, który przedstawia fotel, myjnie, stolik, recepcje, konsolete pojedyncza, konsolete podwójna i regal, a ponadto ich szkice oraz kolorowe obrazy zamieszczone na fig. 1 - fotela fryzjerskiego, fig. 2 - myjni fryzjerskiej, fig. 3 - stolika, fig. 4 - recepcji w widoku z przodu i z tylu, fig. 5 - konsolety pojedynczej, fig. 6 - konsolety podwójnej, a fig. 7 - regalu. Wzór sklada sie z fotela, myjni, stolika, recepcji, konsolety pojedynczej i podwójnej oraz regalu. Fotel przedstawiony na fig. 1, na kolowej podstawie 1 ma osadzone prostopadloscienne siedzisko 2, po obu stronach którego sa zamocowane prostopadloscienne boki 3 stanowiace jednoczesnie podlokietniki. Na tylnych czesciach boków 3 fotela, zamocowane jest prostopadloscienne oparcie 4. Ponadto górne powierzchnie prostopadlosciennych boków 3 i oparcie 4 sa lekko zaokraglone wzdluz ich dluzszych krawedzi. Myjnia przedstawiona na fig. 2 ma fotel myjni równiez na kolowej podstawie 1 osadzone identyczne siedzisko 2 z bokami 3 i oparciem 4 jak w fotelu. Fotel myjni jest ustawiony przy stopie 5 myjni wykonanej w postaci lekko pochylonego do tylu szescioboku, którego dolna i górna podstawa sa równolegle wzgledem siebie, pionowe krawedzie sa lekko zaokraglone, zas od góry jest zamknieta nalozonym na szesciobok wiekiem 6, w którym osadzona jest ceramiczna umywalka 7.Stolik z fig. 3 ma skrzynkowe prostopadloscienne boczne scianki 8, pomiedzy któiymi jest osadzony prostopadloscienny blat 9. Pod blatem 9, na 1/3 jego wysokosci stolika jest zamocowana szklana pólka stolika 10. Recepcja przedstawiona na fig. 4 ma równiez skrzynkowe boczne scianki 8, pomiedzy którymi jest osadzony prostopadloscienny blat 9. Pod blatem 9 i o jego szerokosci, jest zamocowana jedna szuflada U z dwoma uchwytami oraz w dolnej czesci recepcji pólka recepcji 12. Tylna scianka 13 recepcji jest szklana. Konsoleta pojedyncza z fig. 5 ma pionowe wysokie prostokatne lustro 14 osadzone w ramie 15 wykonanej z czterech prostopadlosciennych boków, przy czym w dolnej czesci ramy 15 zamocowany jest rurkowy podnózek 16. Ponadto z boku konsolety jest ustawiona slupkowa szafka 17, która w górnej czesci ma szuflade, a w dolnej jest zamknieta drzwiczkami. Na blacie szafki polozona jest blenda szklana. W górnej czesci konsolety za szklana plytka jest umieszczone oswietlenie. Konsoleta podwójna z fig. 6 ma poziome szerokie prostokatne lustro 14 osadzone w ramie 15 wykonanej z czterech prostopadlosciennych boków, na srodku pod lustrem 14 jest slupkowa szafka 17 z szuflada a w dolnej jest zamknieta drzwiczkami. Po obu stronach slupkowej szafki 17 i zamocowane w jej bocznych sciankach sa zamocowane dwa identyczne lewy i prawy stoliki konsolety 18, których prostopadloscienne blaty sa usytuowane ponizej szafki 17, a ich dolne krawedzie leza w jednej linii z dolna krawedzia szuflady. Drugie konce prostopadlosciennych blatów sa umocowane w prostopadlosciennych bokach konsolety. Pod blatami stolików i w ich dolnej czesci oraz pomiedzy bokami szafki 17 i bokami stolików 18 sa umocowane rurkowe podnózki 19. Z boków konsolety za szklana plytka jest umieszczone oswietlenie. Regal przedstawiony na fig. 7, ma podobna budowe jak lustra konsolet, z tym ze w ramie 15 wykonanej z czterech prostopadlosciennych boków, ma osadzone szklane pólki 20 wystajace poza rame 15. Szklane pólki 20 maja ksztalt prostokata, którego jeden bok jest lukiem. W górnej czesci regalu za szklana plytka jest umieszczone oswietlenie. Szklane blaty i pólki zestawu mocowane sa za pomoca plaskich metalowych uchwytów.Korzystnym jest, gdy wszystkie elementy metalowe wykonane sa ze stali chromoniklowej szczotkowanej, a elementy szklane ze szklanej mlecznej blendy. Stopa myjni jest lakierowana. Zestaw wykonany jest z plyty meblowej fornirowanej w kolorze ciemnego orzecha oraz plyty meblowej lakierowanej w kolorze bezowym, a fotele sa pokryte tkanina tapicerska w kolorze bezowym. Nowy zestaw fryzjerski charakteryzuje sie nowoczesnym stylem i elegancja, co pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach. Zestawienie pólek i blatów wykonanych ze szklanej mlecznej blendy, prostopadlosciennych elementów fotela, myjni, stolika, recepcji, konsolet oraz regalu, nadaje meblom fryzjerskim charakterystycznej i oryginalnej konstrukcji. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to fotel i fotel myjni posiadajace na kolowej podstawie prostopadloscienne siedzisko, po obu stronach którego sa zamocowane prostopadloscienne boki, a na tylnych czesciach boków foteli, zamocowane prostopadloscienne oparcie. Stopa myjni wykonana w postaci lekko pochylonego do tylu szescioboku, którego dolna i górna podstawa sa równolegle wzgledem siebie, a pionowe krawedzie sa lekko zaokraglone. Od góry szesciobok jest zamkniety nalozonym na szesciobok wiekiem. Ponadto nowy wzór charakteryzuja skrzynkowe prostopadloscienne boczne scianki, pomiedzy którymi sa osadzane prostopadloscienne blaty stolika oraz blaty stolików konsolety i recepcji. Z prostopadlosciennych boków sa tez wykonane ramy luster i konstrukcja regalu. Known sets include a reception desk in the form of a desk, a manicure table, shelving units, often glazed, mirror-shaped consoles with a top for hairdressing accessories, tables surrounded by sofas and armchairs forming waiting areas, and hairdressing chairs and wash chairs, each set at a foot with a sink. The subject of the design is shown in a collective drawing, which depicts a chair, wash station, a table, a reception desk, a single console, a double console, and a shelf, as well as sketches and color images thereof, included in Fig. 1 – a hairdressing chair, Fig. 2 – a hairdressing wash station, Fig. 3 – a table, Fig. 4 – a front and rear view of the reception desk, Fig. 5 – a single console, Fig. 6 – a double console, and Fig. 7 – a shelf. The design consists of an armchair, a wash station, a table, a reception desk, a single and double console, and a shelf. The armchair shown in Fig. 1 has a rectangular seat 2 mounted on a circular base 1, on both sides of which are mounted rectangular sides 3, which also serve as armrests. A rectangular backrest 4 is mounted on the rear parts of the sides 3 of the armchair. Furthermore, the upper surfaces of the rectangular sides 3 and the backrest 4 are slightly rounded along their longer edges. The wash station shown in Fig. 2 has a wash station armchair also mounted on a circular base 1, with an identical seat 2 with sides 3 and backrest 4 as in the armchair. The car wash chair is placed at the foot 5 of the car wash made in the form of a slightly backward inclined hexagon, the lower and upper base of which are parallel to each other, the vertical edges are slightly rounded, and the top is closed with a lid 6 placed on the hexagon, in which a ceramic washbasin 7 is mounted. The table from Fig. 3 has box-shaped, cuboid side walls 8, between which a cuboid table top 9 is mounted. Under the table top 9, at 1/3 of its height, a glass shelf of the table 10 is mounted. The reception desk shown in Fig. 4 also has box-shaped side walls 8, between which a cuboid table top 9 is mounted. Under the table top 9 and of its width, one U-shaped drawer with two handles is mounted, and in the lower part of the reception desk, a reception shelf 12. The rear wall 13 of the reception desk is made of glass. The single console in Fig. 5 has a tall, vertical rectangular mirror 14 mounted in a frame 15 made of four cuboidal sides, with a tubular footrest 16 mounted in the lower part of the frame 15. Furthermore, a column cabinet 17 is positioned on the side of the console, which has a drawer in the upper part and a closed door in the lower part. A glass blend panel is placed on the cabinet top. Lighting is placed in the upper part of the console behind the glass panel. The double console in Fig. 6 has a horizontal, wide, rectangular mirror 14 mounted in a frame 15 made of four cuboidal sides. In the center below the mirror 14 is a column cabinet 17 with a drawer, and in the lower part it is closed with a door. On both sides of the post-and-beam cabinet 17 and secured to its side walls are two identical left and right console tables 18, whose rectangular tops are located below the cabinet 17, and their lower edges are aligned with the lower edge of the drawer. The other ends of the rectangular tops are secured to the rectangular sides of the console. Tubular footrests 19 are secured under the table tops and in their lower parts, as well as between the sides of the cabinet 17 and the sides of the tables 18. Lighting is placed on the sides of the console behind a glass panel. The shelf shown in Fig. 7 has a similar structure to the console mirrors, except that a frame 15 made of four rectangular sides contains glass shelves 20 that protrude beyond the frame 15. The glass shelves 20 are rectangular, with one side being an arc. Lighting is located in the upper part of the shelf behind the glass panel. The glass tops and shelves of the set are mounted with flat metal brackets. It is advantageous if all the metal elements are made of brushed chrome-nickel steel, and the glass elements are made of frosted glass blend. The wash stand is lacquered. The set is made of dark walnut veneered furniture board and beige lacquered furniture board, and the armchairs are upholstered in beige fabric. The new hairdressing set is characterized by a modern style and elegance, as shown in the attached drawings. The combination of shelves and countertops made of frosted glass, along with the rectangular elements of the armchair, washstand, table, reception desk, consoles, and shelving unit, gives the hairdressing furniture a distinctive and original design. The key features of the industrial design include the armchair and washstand, each featuring a rectangular seat on a circular base, with rectangular sides attached to either side. A rectangular backrest is attached to the rear of the armchair sides. The washstand's base is constructed in the form of a slightly backward-tilted hexagon, with its lower and upper bases parallel to each other and its vertical edges slightly rounded. The hexagon is capped at the top by a lid placed over the hexagon. Furthermore, the new design features box-shaped, rectangular side walls, between which the rectangular table tops, as well as the tops of the console and reception tables, are mounted. The mirror frames and the shelf structure are also made of rectangular sides. The console tables are equipped with unique tubular footrests.
