Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sklad którego wchodza samodzielne segmenty o szerokosci modulowej: segment - barek zwierajacy w dolnej czesci dwudrzwiowa szafke i segment - witryna zamkniety w górnej czesci, stanowiacej samodzielna nadstawke, dwuskrzydlowymi drzwiami z szybami, przy czym szyby obu skrzydel stanowia swoje lustrzane odbicie, natomiast dolna czesc nadstawki witryny stanowi szuflada, zas szafke podstawe segmentu - witryny stanowi szafka z szufladami; segment - RTV. którego nadstawka podzielona jest poziomo usytuowanymi pólkami tworzacymi prostopadloscienne wneki skrzyniowe, przy czym obie górne wneki podzielone sa pionowo na dwie nierówne czesci, z których mniejsza zawiera w dolnej czesci mala szuflade, a szafke - podstawe segmentu RTV stanowi dwudrzwiowa szafka i segment - dwudrzwiowa szafa z nadstawka w postaci dwudrzwiowej szafki. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia zestaw - w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - zestaw - w widoku z boku i fig.3 - zestaw - w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Górna czesc drzwi segmentu - witryna ma ksztalt równomiernego trapezu. Szyby drzwi segmentu - witryna maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu pionowo usytuowanego, wydluzonego rombu, którego naroza: górne i dolneznajdujace sie przy kacie ostrym, sa zakonczone owalem, przy czym górne naroza sa wzajemnie do siebie zbiezne, a dolne - rozbiezne; - Wszystkie obrzeza zarówno szuflad, jak i drzwi szafek segmentów zestawu posiadaja ramki z profilowanych listew; - Wysokosc segmentu - witryna jest nieco wieksza od wysokosci segmentu - dwudrzwiowa szafa z nadstawka; - Wysokosc segmentu - barek stanowi, w przyblizeniu, 60% wysokosci dwudrzwiowej szafy z nadstawka; - Wysokosc segmentu - RTV stanowi w przyblizeniu 85% wysokosci dwudrzwiowej szafy z nadstawka (fig. 1,2,3).Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of cabinet furniture, consisting of independent segments of modular width: a bar segment containing a two-door cabinet in its lower section and a display cabinet segment enclosed in its upper section, constituting a standalone extension, with double-leaf doors with glass panes, the glass panes of both leaves being mirror images of each other, while the lower part of the display cabinet extension is a drawer, while the base cabinet of the display cabinet segment is a cabinet with drawers; an RTV segment, the top cabinet of which is divided horizontally by shelves forming cuboid-shaped box recesses, with both upper recesses divided vertically into two unequal parts, the smaller of which contains a small drawer in its lower section, and the base cabinet of the RTV segment is a two-door cabinet, and a two-door wardrobe segment with a two-door cabinet extension. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 shows the set - front view, fig. 2 - the set - side view, and fig. 3 - the set - top view. Essential features of the industrial design - The upper part of the segment door - display cabinet has the shape of a uniform trapezoid. The glass panes of the segment door - display cabinet have a shape similar to that of a vertically situated, elongated rhombus, the upper and lower corners of which, located at the acute angle, are terminated with an oval, with the upper corners convergent towards each other, and the lower corners diverging; - All edges of both the drawers and the cabinet doors of the segments of the set have frames made of profiled strips; - The height of the segment - display cabinet is slightly greater than the height of the segment - two-door wardrobe with an extension unit; - The height of the bar section is approximately 60% of the height of the two-door cabinet with an extension; - The height of the RTV section is approximately 85% of the height of the two-door cabinet with an extension (fig. 1, 2, 3).
