Butla z etykieta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia.. 30.03.2000. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butla z etykieta przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako pojemnik na naturalna wode zródlana. Istota wzoru zdobniczego zawarta jest w oryginalnym, nowym wzornictwie butli oraz w ukladzie powierzchni butli w polaczeniu z charakterystyczna etykieta. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butle w widoku z przodu od strony etykiety, zas fig.2 przedstawia butle w widoku z boku od strony uchwytu. Butla z etykieta wedlug niniejszego wzoru ma ksztalt zblizony do walca majacego poziome obrecze o szorstkiej powierzchni i posiada uchwyt usytuowany pionowo w gabarycie butli a charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powyzej i ponizej tego uchwytu butla posiada po dwie poziome obrecze. Etykieta usytuowana jest pomiedzy tymi obreczami w poblizu uchwytu. Butla wykonana jest z jednorodnego materialu o tonacji szaroniebieskiej, przy czym etykieta ma tlo niebieskie z glównymi napisami o tresci KONCZ ANK A w tonacji czerwonej. Napisy te odwrócone sa o 180° wzgledem siebie tak, by (jak równiez niektóre inne fragmenty tekstu etykiety) mogly byc czytelne zarówno przy postawionej jak i odwróconej butli. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle with a label intended specifically as a container for natural spring water. The essence of the ornamental design lies in the original, new design of the bottle and in the arrangement of the bottle's surfaces, combined with the distinctive label. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front view, from the label side, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side view, from the handle side. The bottle with a label according to this design has a shape similar to a cylinder with horizontal rims with a rough surface and a handle positioned vertically within the bottle's dimensions. It is characterized by two horizontal rims above and below this handle. The label is located between these rings near the handle. The bottle is made of a uniform material in a gray-blue tone, with the label having a blue background with the main inscriptions reading "FINISH ANK A" in a red tone. These inscriptions are rotated 180° to each other so that they (as well as some other portions of the label text) can be read both with the bottle upright and inverted.
