Znane sa urzadzenia pod nazwa handlowa ,,swiece Peerles", znajdujace zastosowanie jako drugi stopien odpylania w dodatku do filtrów ceramicznych lub samodzielnie jako niezalezne filtry do dokladnego odpylania gazów. Urzadzenia te stanowia perforowane podtrzymki rutowe ze stalowej blachy, o otworach kolistych, pokryte tkanina ze szklanego wlókna jako materialem filtracyjnym. Material filtracyjny dziala w zasadzie jako filtr powierzchniowy, zaopatrzony w liczne pierscieniowe rowki usytuowane na calej dlugosci filtrujacej swiecy, które stanowia zbiorniki zatrzymywanego pylu.Devices under the trade name "Peerles candles" are known for use as second stage dedusting in addition to ceramic filters or independently as independent filters for fine dedusting gases.
