Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga fotela, stosowana w przemysle meblarskim do budowy foteli wypoczynkowych. Istnieje wiele odmian nóg foteli majacych ksztalt poziomo ulozonej litery „U", której górne ramie ma ksztalt wygietego do góry luku. Dolne ramie stanowi prosty, poziomy odcinek, bedacy podpora fotela. Noga fotela wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z segmentu podstawowego oraz z podstawy. Segment podstawowy w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do poziomo ulozonej litery „U", której górne ramie jest nachy- lone w stosunku do poziomu i jest polaczone z dolnym, poziomym ramieniem za pomoca poprzeczki, odchylonej od pionu w kierunku obu ramion górnego i dolnego. Górne ramie jest zakonczone odcinkiem wygietym do góry. Podstawa nogi fotela ma ksztalt odcinka prostego, skosnego w stosunku do poziomu, zakonczonego z obu stron odcinkami stanowiacymi podpore. Noga fotela wystepuje w kilku odmianach rózniacych sie ksztaltem segmentu podstawowego i podstawy. W odmianie pierwszej przedstawionej na fig. 1 dolne ramie segmentu podstawowego ma ksztalt prostoliniowy i tworzy z jego górnym ramieniem kat rozwarty. Odcinki koncowe podstawy maja ksztalt prostoliniowy, przyczym odcinek koncowy podstawy znajdujacy sie z przedniej strony podstawy jest dluzszy od odcinka tylnego. W odmianie drugiej, przedstawionej na fig.2, odcinki koncowe podsta- wy sa usytuowane odwrotnie do przedstawionych na fig.2, natomiast ramiona segmentu podstawowego sa do siebie równolegle. W odmianie trzeciej przedstawionej na fig. 3, dolne ramie segmentu podstawowego ma ksztalt prostoliniowy i tworzy z jego górnym ramieniem kat rozwarty. Odcinki koncowe podstawy maja ksztalt luków, przy czym odci- nek koncowy podstawy znajdujacy sie z przedniej strony podstawy jest dluz- szy od odcinka tylnego. W odmianie przedstawionej na fig.4 odcinki koncowe podstawy sa usytuowane odwrotnie do przedstawionych na fig.2, natomiast ramiona seg- mentu podstawowego sa do siebie równolegle. There are many varieties of armchair legs in the shape of a horizontally arranged letter "U," whose upper arm is in the shape of an upwardly curved arc. The lower arm is a straight, horizontal section that supports the armchair. The armchair leg, according to the industrial design, consists of a base segment and a base. The base segment, viewed from the side, has a shape similar to a horizontally arranged letter "U," whose upper arm is inclined relative to the horizontal and is connected to the lower, horizontal arm by a crossbar, which is inclined from the vertical towards both the upper and lower arms. The upper arm ends with a section that curves upward. The base of the armchair leg is in the shape of a straight section, oblique to the horizontal, terminated on both sides by support sections. The armchair leg comes in several varieties, differing in the shape of the base segment and base. In the first variety, shown in Fig. 1, the lower arm of the base segment is rectilinear and forms an obtuse angle with its upper arm. The end sections of the base are rectilinear, with the end section of the base located on the front of the base being longer than the rear section. In the second variety, shown in Fig. 2, the end sections of the base are positioned opposite to those shown in Fig. 2, while the arms of the base segment are parallel to each other. In the third variety, shown in Fig. 3, the lower arm of the base segment is rectilinear and forms an obtuse angle with its upper arm. The end sections of the base are arc-shaped, with the end section of the base located on the front of the base being longer than the rear section. In the variant shown in Fig. 4, the end sections of the base are positioned opposite to those shown in Fig. 2, while the arms of the base segment are parallel to each other.
