Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slój . Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie korpusu stanowiacego czesc pojemnikowa sloja. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia slój w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 - slój w widoku od spodu. Slój wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera kolnierz oraz polozony ponizej korpus zakonczony dnem. Koipus ma postac utworzona z wychodzacej z kolnierza niskiej czesci walcowej przechodzacej malym lukiem wkleslym w rozszerzajaca sie do dolu czesc stozkowa przechodzaca duzym lukiem wypuklym w wysoka czesc walcowa stanowiaca pole etykietowe. Czesc walcowa przechodzi nastepnie lagodnym lukiem wypuklym w czesc stozkowa zwezajaca sie w kierunku dna i zakonczona przy przejsciu w niska czesc stozkowa malym wypuklym lukiem. Niska czesc stozkowa przechodzi malym lukiem wypuklym w plaska powierzchnie, z której wyprowadzone jest nieznacznie odstajace dno. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : 1. postac korpusu sloja utworzona jest z górnej i dolnej czesci stozkowej oraz polozonej pomiedzy nimi wysokiej czesci walcowej 2. górna czesc stozkowa polozona od strony kolnierza wyprowadzona z niskiej czesci walcowej rozszerza sie do dolu i przechodzi lagodnym wypuklym lukiem w czesc walcowa 3. dolna czesc stozkowa wyprowadzona lagodnym duzym lukiem wypuklym z wysokiej czesci walcowej zweza sie w kierunku dolnym i przechodzi malym wypuklym lukiem w niska czesc stozkowa, przy czym niska czesc stozkowa przechodzi malym lukiem wypuklym w plaska powierzchnie, z której nieznacznie wystaje dno.Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in the shape of the body, which constitutes the container part of the jar. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar from the side, and Fig. 2 - the jar from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the jar comprises a collar and a body located below it, terminating in a bottom. The collar is formed by a low cylindrical part extending from the collar, passing through a small concave arc into a conical part widening downward, passing through a large convex arc into a tall cylindrical part constituting the label area. The cylindrical section then transitions in a gentle convex arc into a conical section that tapers towards the base and terminates at the transition to the low conical section with a small convex arc. The low conical section transitions in a small convex arc into a flat surface, from which a slightly protruding base extends. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. the shape of the jar body is made of an upper and lower conical part and a high cylindrical part located between them 2. the upper conical part located on the flange side, derived from the low cylindrical part, widens downwards and transforms into the cylindrical part with a gentle convex arc 3. the lower conical part, derived from the high cylindrical part with a gentle large convex arc, narrows downwards and transforms into the low conical part with a small convex arc, while the low conical part transforms into a flat surface with a slightly protruding bottom.
