Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest raczka drzwi przesuwnych znajdujaca zastosowanie w konstrukcji drzwi przesuwnych meblowych, drzwi przesuwnych stanowiacych element zabudowy wnetrz mieszkalnych i uzytkowych oraz drzwi przesuwnych pokojowych. Raczka stanowi podluzny ksztaltownik osadzony na pionowej lub innej niz pionowej, krawedzi drzwi i jest ozdobnym wykonczeniem tej krawedzi, a jednoczesnie wygodnym uchwytem, który umozliwia pchniecie drzwi przesuwnych do pozycji zamkniete lub otwarte. Znane raczki drzwi przesuwnych stanowia podluzne ksztaltowniki, gdzie glównym elementem jest rynienka bedaca obejma krawedzi plyty drzwi. Ta rynienka ma ksztalt ceownika, którego raniona obejmuja krawedz plyty drzwi przesuwnych. Taki ksztaltownik o profilu ceownika osadzony jest na calej dlugosci krawedzi drzwi. W znanych rozwiazaniach wzdluz krawedzi tego ksztaltownika, uformowany jest dodatkowy element wzdluzny w postaci plaskiej lub lukowato wypuklej listwy, bedacej dodatkowym elementem ozdobnym bedacym zarazem dodatkowym uchwytem do przesuwania drzwi. We wzorze przemyslowym, w obu odmianach pokazanych na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 oraz fig. 2, zaproponowano odmienny ksztalt tego dodatkowego elementu 1 uformowanego wzdluz opisanego wyzej ksztaltownika w postaci ceownika 2. Ten podstawowy ksztaltownik ma znana postac ceownika 2 przeznaczonego do objecia krawedzi plyty drzwi przesuwnych. Natomiast dodatkowy element 1 zamocowany do krawedzi tego ceownika 2 w pierwszej odmianie raczki pokazanej na rysunku fig. 1, ma nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - dodatkowy element i zamocowany do krawedzi ceownika 2 ma postac sciany równoleglej do elementu laczacego ramiona ceownika 2, gdzie ta sciana jest polaczona z oboma krawedziami ceownika 2, tworzac z tym elementem laczacymramiona ceownika 2 wzdluzna komore wewnetrzna optycznie powiekszajac plyte drzwi przesuwnych, . sciana tego dodatkowego elementu 1 jest zakonczona z jednej strony sciana stanowiaca przedluzenie jednego ramienia ceo wnik a 2, zas z drugiej strony ta sciana jest wyprowadzona poza obrys drugiego ramienia ceownika 2, pólokraglo zawinieta i ten zawiniety drugi koniec sciany tego dodatkowego elementu 1 jest polaczony z krawedzia drugiego ramienia wymienionego ceownika Z» - zawiniecie tego dodatkowego elementu 1 raczki, w widoku z zewnatrz ma wyglad wzdluznej faldy 2J. wystajacej poza podstawowy obrys ceownika Z z jednej strony. Druga odmiana raczki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazana na rysunku fig. 2, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: - sciana tego dodatkowego elementu 1 jest z obu stron wyprowadzona poza obrys ramion ceownika Z oraz pólokraglo zawinieta i ten zawiniety drugi koniec sciany tego dodatkowego elementu 1 jest polaczony z krawedziami ramion wymienionego ceownika 2, - oba zawiniecia tego dodatkowego elementu raczki, w widoku z zewnatrz maja wyglad wzdluznych fald 1L1 2 wystajacych po obu stronach poza podstawowy obrys ramion ceownika Z-Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a sliding door handle used in the construction of sliding furniture doors, sliding doors that form part of residential and commercial interiors, and sliding room doors. The handle is an elongated profile mounted on a vertical or non-vertical door edge. It serves as a decorative finishing touch to this edge and also provides a convenient grip that allows the sliding door to be pushed into the closed or open position. Well-known sliding door handles are elongated profiles, the main element of which is a channel-shaped groove that encloses the edge of the door panel. This channel-shaped groove encloses the edge of the sliding door panel. This channel-shaped groove is mounted along the entire length of the door edge. In known solutions, an additional longitudinal element is formed along the edge of this profile in the form of a flat or convex-arc strip, which serves as an additional decorative element and also as an additional handle for sliding the door. In the industrial design, in both variants shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a different shape of this additional element 1 is proposed, formed along the above-described profile in the form of a channel 2. This basic profile has the familiar form of a channel 2 designed to encompass the edge of a sliding door panel. Whereas the additional element 1 attached to the edge of the channel section 2 in the first variant of the handle shown in Fig. 1 has the following essential features of an industrial design: - the additional element 1 attached to the edge of the channel section 2 has the form of a wall parallel to the element connecting the arms of the channel section 2, where this wall is connected to both edges of the channel section 2, creating with this element connecting the arms of the channel section 2 a longitudinal internal chamber, optically enlarging the sliding door panel, the wall of this additional element 1 is terminated on one side by a wall constituting an extension of one arm of the channel 2, while on the other side this wall is extended beyond the outline of the second arm of the channel 2, wrapped semi-circularly and this wrapped second end of the wall of this additional element 1 is connected to the edge of the second arm of the said channel Z» - the wrapping of this additional element 1 of the handle, in an external view, has the appearance of a longitudinal fold 2J protruding beyond the basic outline of the channel Z on one side. The second version of the handle according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, has the following essential features: - the wall of this additional element 1 is extended on both sides beyond the outline of the arms of the channel section Z and is semi-circularly wrapped, and the wrapped second end of the wall of this additional element 1 is connected to the edges of the arms of the mentioned channel section 2, - both wraps of this additional element of the handle, when viewed from the outside, have the appearance of longitudinal folds 1L1 2 protruding on both sides beyond the basic outline of the arms of the channel section Z-Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL
