Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac olejarki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l przedstawia olejiarke w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i z boku, fig.2- olejarke w widoku z boku, fig.3- olejarke w widoku z tylu, a fig.4- olejarke w widoku z góry. Olejarka, wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca pojemnik oraz przykrywke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pojemnik ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego podstawa jest owalna, a sciana bocz- na od strony przedniej jest wypukla, zas w widoku z boku, za- rys sciany bocznej pojemnika, od strony tylnej, ma ksztaltkata rozwartego. W czesci górnej sciany bocznej pojemnika usytuowane sa cztery wypukle poziome prazki polozone od stro- ny tylnej, a krawedz górna pojemnika przebiega ukosnie. Do krawedzi górnej pojemnika przylega przykrywka, której górna powierzchnia jest plaska, a z powierzchni tej wystaje: ku gó- rze, rurka wylotowa z zagieta koncówka oraz ku dolowi uchwyt majacy, w widoku z boku, ksztalt litery "V". The essence of the design is a new form of the oil can, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows the oil can in a perspective view from above and from the side, fig. 2 - the oil can in a side view, fig. 3 - the oil can in a back view, and fig. 4 - the oil can in a top view. The oil can, according to the design, comprising a container and a lid, is characterized in that the container has the shape of a truncated cone, the base of which is oval, and the side wall on the front side is convex, while in the side view, the outline of the side wall of the container on the back side has an obtuse shape. The upper side wall of the container is decorated with four convex horizontal ridges located on the rear side, and the upper edge of the container runs diagonally. A lid adheres to the upper edge of the container, the upper surface of which is flat, and from this surface protrudes: an outlet tube with a bent tip, upwards, and a handle, which, in a side view, has a "V" shape, downwards.
