Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolano lukowe , wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczone do instalacji podtynkowych stosowanych w ukladach ssacych centralnego podcisnieniowego systemu odkurzania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kolana lukowego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w ksztalcie i charakterystycznych oplywowych konturach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 przedstawia kolano lukowe w widoku z boku, fig.2 - kolano w widoku z boku w ukladzie perspektywicznym. Kolano lukowe wykonane jest z tworzywa sztucznego, ma ksztalt przypominajacy wycinek 1/8 torusa o promieniu okolo 1,5 razy wiekszym od srednicy przekroju poprzecznego, zakonczonego z obu stron kolnierzami o dlugosci zblizonej do polowy srednicy torusa i srednicy wiekszej, o okolo dwie grubosci scianek, od srednicy torusa. Kolnierze sa prostopadle do swojej srednicy, a od strony torusa sa sfazowane i przypominaja stozek sciety. Oba kolnierze sa do siebie styczne, a w miejscu styku tworza na okolo 1/2 obwodu torusa krawedz, wieksza od promienia torusa o gruboscscianki. Styczne kolnierzy na powierzchni torusa tworza sfazowane krawedzie o promieniu wychodzacym z jednego puntu jak promienie torusa. Wszystkie krawedzie sa lagodnie zaokraglone. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kolano lukowe, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego takie, ze ksztalt przypomina cwierc torusa, o promieniu okolo 1,5 razy wiekszym od srednicy przekroju poprzecznego, zakonczonego z obu stron kolnierzami o dlugosci zblizonej do polowy srednicy torusa i srednicy wiekszej, o okolo dwie grubosci scianek, od srednicy torusa. Kolnierze sa prostopadle do swojej srednicy, a od strony torusa sa sfazowane i przypominaja stozek sciety. Oba kolnierze sa do siebie styczne, a w miejscu styku tworza na okolo 1/2 obwodu torusa krawedz, wieksza od promienia torusa o grubosc scianki. Wszystkie krawedzie sa lagodnie zaokraglone.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a curved elbow made of plastic, intended for concealed installations used in the suction systems of central vacuum systems. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the curved elbow, particularly evident in its shape and characteristic streamlined contours. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the curved elbow from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the elbow from a side view in perspective. The curved elbow is made of plastic and has a shape resembling a 1/8 torus segment with a radius approximately 1.5 times the cross-sectional diameter, terminated on both ends with flanges approximately half the torus diameter in length and approximately twice the wall thickness of the torus diameter. The flanges are perpendicular to their diameter, and on the torus side they are chamfered, resembling a truncated cone. Both flanges are tangent to each other, and at the point of contact, they form an edge approximately 1/2 the circumference of the torus, greater than the radius of the torus by the wall thickness. The tangent flanges on the torus surface form chamfered edges with a radius emanating from a single point, like the torus's radii. All edges are gently rounded. Significant Industrial Design Features: The arc elbow, made of plastic, has significant industrial design features: its shape resembles a quarter-torus, with a radius approximately 1.5 times the cross-sectional diameter, terminated on both sides by flanges whose length is approximately half the torus diameter and whose diameter is approximately twice the wall thickness of the torus diameter. The flanges are perpendicular to their diameter, and on the torus side, they are chamfered, resembling a truncated cone.
