Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na perfumy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke na perfumy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu od strony jednego boku, fig. 2 - butelke na perfumy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke na perfumy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu od strony drugiego boku, fig. 4 - butelke na perfumy w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu od strony jednego boku, fig. 5 - butelke na perfumy w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu od strony drugiego boku oraz fig. 6 - butelke na perfumy w widoku z dolu. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmian^ butelki na perfumy. Butelka na perfumy zawierajaca korpus, szyjke oraz czesc górna, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus butelki ma ksztalt zblizony doprostopadloscianu o lekko zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym powierzchnia kazdej ze scianek bocznych korpusu jest mniejsza od powierzchni zarówno jego scianki przedniej jak i scianki tylnej, zas w przyblizeniu centralnie na powierzchni górnej korpusu butelki usytuowana jest szyjka o zaokraglonym ksztalcie z umieszczona od góry czescia górna o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadlosciennego. Na przedniej sciance korpusu, w poblizu jej czesci centralnej, usytuowany jest element zdobniczy zawierajacy w przyblizeniu okragla obrecz, wewnatrz której umieszczone sa poziome i pionowe elementy paskowe oraz polaczona z wystajacymi ku dolowi z jej dolnego konca elementami, z których jeden ma ksztalt zblizony do zarysu serca, a drugi ksztalt zblizony' do prostopadloscianu' z rozmieszczonymi na powierzchniach swoich scianek elementami literowymi, zas od strony górnego konca obreczy biegnie ku górze do szyjki, w przyblizeniu pionowy, zagiety u góry do wewnatrz element paskowy. Istotne cechy butelki na perfumy zawierajacej korpus, szyjke oraz czesc górna, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze korpus butelki ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o lekko zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym powierzchnia kazdej ze scianek bocznych korpusu jest mniejsza od powierzchni zarówno jego scianki przedniej jak i scianki tylnej, zas w przyblizeniu centralnie na powierzchni górnej korpusu butelki usytuowana jest szyjka o zaokraglonym ksztalcie z umieszczona od góry czescia górna o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadlosciennego, ponadto na przedniej sciancekorpusu, w poblizu jej czesci centralnej, usytuowany jest element zdobniczy zawierajacy w przyblizeniu okragla obrecz, wewnatrz której umieszczone sa poziome i pionowe elementy paskowe oraz polaczona z wystajacymi ku dolowi z jej dolnego konca elementami, z których jeden ma ksztalt zblizony do zarysu serca, a drugi ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu z rozmieszczonymi na powierzchniach swoich scianek elementami literowymi, zas od strony górnego konca obreczy biegnie ku górze do szyjki, w przyblizeniu pionowy, zagiety u góry do wewnatrz element paskowy jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig. 1 - fig. 6.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle. The perfume bottle according to the industrial design stands out from other known perfume bottle designs due to its novelty, manifesting itself in its shape and arrangement of lines and surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the perfume bottle in a front perspective view from one side, Fig. 2 - the perfume bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the perfume bottle in a front perspective view from the other side, Fig. 4 - the perfume bottle in a rear perspective view from one side, Fig. 5 - the perfume bottle in a rear perspective view from the other side, and Fig. 6 - the perfume bottle in a bottom view. The application covers one variant of the perfume bottle. A perfume bottle comprising a body, a neck and an upper part, according to the industrial design, is characterized in that the body of the bottle has a shape close to a cuboid with slightly rounded corners, wherein the surface of each of the side walls of the body is smaller than the surface of both its front wall and its rear wall, and approximately centrally on the upper surface of the bottle body there is a neck of a rounded shape with an upper part of a shape close to a cuboid placed at the top. On the front wall of the body, near its central part, there is a decorative element comprising an approximately circular rim, inside which there are horizontal and vertical strip elements and connected to elements protruding downwards from its lower end, one of which has a shape similar to the outline of a heart, and the other has a shape similar to a cuboid with letter elements arranged on the surfaces of its walls, while from the side of the upper end of the rim there runs upwards to the neck, an approximately vertical strip element, bent inwards at the top. The essential features of a perfume bottle comprising a body, a neck and an upper part, according to the industrial design, are characterised by the fact that the body of the bottle has a shape close to a cuboid with slightly rounded corners, wherein the surface of each of the side walls of the body is smaller than the surface of both its front wall and the rear wall, and approximately centrally on the upper surface of the bottle body there is a neck of a rounded shape with an upper part of a shape close to a cuboid placed at the top, furthermore on the front wall of the body, near its central part, there is a decorative element comprising a roughly circular rim, inside which there are horizontal and vertical strip elements and connected to elements protruding downwards from its lower end, one of which has a shape close to the outline of a heart and the other a shape close to a cuboid with letter elements arranged on the surfaces of its walls, and from the upper end of the rim, an approximately vertical strip element, bent inwards at the top, runs up to the neck as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 - Fig. 6.
