Piston machines for feeding and applying building plaster mortars are known, comprising an inlet container for the mortar, a mixer, a suction-compression chamber, a cylinder, a piston and seals, in which the piston is driven unilaterally, through a crank system, by means of a mechanical reducer. The disadvantage of this type of machine is the significant pressure differences that arise during the mortar delivery, which causes uneven plaster application and damage to the rubber hoses. The mechanical drive device is heavy and expensive, can only withstand relatively low loads, and does not allow for the machine's output to be continuously regulated over the widest possible range. The invention aims to design a double-acting piston machine for feeding and applying building plaster mortars, which, being compact and lighter than previous designs, would ensure a continuously variable plaster ejection and high working pressure with low power, thanks to the possibility of a wide, continuously variable adjustment of the machine's output. This problem has been solved. thanks to the plastering machine according to the invention, in which the mixers are mounted symmetrically with respect to the drive shaft and are connected to it by means of adjustable pins. The lower part of the inlet container is connected, via suction-compression chambers and through pipes, to the working cylinders, which are arranged coaxially and symmetrically with respect to the drive cylinder, which is connected to the flow regulator via a hydraulic distributor. The drive cylinder is connected to the working cylinders via centring intermediate chambers, which in turn are connected via pipes to a common container. The chamber walls contain inductive limit switches, and replaceable sedimentation tanks are located at the bottom of these chambers. The advantages of the invention lie primarily in ensuring a material supply that allows for a wide range of stepless adjustment of the plasterer's output. The plasterer's design is compact, lightweight, and composed of long-life components, allowing for easy operation and maintenance. The hydraulic drive allows for the transfer of plaster over long distances with low power consumption from the drive source. 106 926i The subject of the invention is shown in an example of its implementation in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the machine, Fig. 2 - a mixer in a side view and in a partial cross-section, Fig. 3 - a driving cylinder and working cylinders in a longitudinal section, Fig. 4 - a cross-section of the centering intermediate chamber. The machine for feeding and applying building plaster mortars shown in Fig. 1 has a mounted. axially with respect to the axis of the drive shaft 3, the agitators 2 are connected to this shaft by means of adjustable pins 4. The lower part of the inlet container 1 is connected to the working cylinders 7 (Fig. 2) by means of pipes 5 through suction-compression chambers 6, situated coaxially and symmetrically with respect to the drive cylinder 8, which in turn is connected to the flow regulator 10 through a hydraulic distributor 9. The drive cylinder 8 is connected to the working cylinders 7 through centring intermediate chambers 11, which in turn are connected, by means of pipes 12, to the common container 13. Inductive limit switches 14 are mounted on the walls of the chambers 11. (Fig. 4), and at the bottom of these chambers 11 there are sedimentation tanks 15. A common piston rod 16 is used to actuate the working pistons 17 and the driving piston 18. In the suction-compression chambers 6 there are suction valves 19 and compression valves 20. The motor 21, via belt transmissions, drives the pressure pump 22 and the vibrator 23, located on the sieve 24, above the inlet of the container 1». The motor 25 drives the agitator 12 via belt transmission. The suction-compression chambers 11 are connected by means of pipes to the pressure compensator 26, to which the compression port 27 is also connected. Pipeline 29 connects pressure compensator 26 with strainer 24 via valve 28. Flow regulator 10 connects pump 30 with hydraulic distributor 9. The air system is equipped with a tank, safety valve, pipes and contact pressure gauge, the latter being set so that if the pressure exceeds 6 atm, it switches off the hydraulic unit motor 31. dzc and The operation of the described plastering machine is as follows.* The hydraulic unit pumps oil into the right or left chamber of the drive cylinder 8. The hydraulic distributor 9 is switched electrically to supply oil to the left or right chamber of the drive cylinder 8 by means of an inductive limit switch 14. This causes the forward and reverse movement of the drive piston 18. The right working cylinder 7 works as follows (the left cylinder also works in a similar way): when the piston 17 (fig. 3) moves to the left, a negative pressure is created in the right chamber of the working cylinder 7 and in the suction-compression chamber 6. The valve 19 is also opened and the mortar is sucked from the container. inlet port 1, through the suction pipe 5. During the return stroke, the piston exerts pressure on the mortar, the valve 19 closes the suction port, and the valve 20 is lifted and allows the mortar to pass to the pressure compensator 26. The latter supplies the mortar to the compression port 27. Patent claim: Plastering machine having an inlet container with agitators placed inside it and working cylinders, at the ends of which suction-compression chambers are situated, characterized in that the agitators (2) are mounted symmetrically with respect to the drive shaft (3) and are connected to it by means of adjustable pins (4), wherein the lower part of the inlet container (1) is connected, through the suction-compression chambers (6) and through the pipes (5), to the cylinders (7), which working cylinders are arranged coaxially and symmetrically in relation to the driving cylinder (8), which is connected, through a hydraulic distributor (9), to the controller (10) and to the working cylinders (7), via centring intermediate chambers (11), which in turn are connected by means of pipes (12) to a common container, and in the walls of the chambers (11) there are inductive limit switches (14), and at the bottom of these chambers there are replaceable sedimentation tanks.106 92S Fi a 2 PL PL
