Urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków, przeznaczone do mocowania wzdluz obrzezy dachów, na gzymsach, na wysunietych czesciach murów, na wystepach budowli. Urzadzenie ma za zadanie uniemozliwienie siadania ptakom na obrzezach dachów, na gzymsach, na wysunietych czesciach budowli i zanieczyszczania ich odchodami murów, scian budynków, parapetów i otoczenia wokól budynków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Urzadzenie, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Urzadzenie moze byc wykonane z metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia urzadzenie do odstraszania ptaków w widoku ogólnym, odmiana 1, zas fig.2 - urzadzenie odmiana 2. The device is designed to prevent birds from perching on roof edges, cornices, and protruding parts of buildings, and from fouling walls, building walls, window sills, and the surrounding area with their droppings. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. According to the industrial design, the device is suitable for multiple reproductions. The device can be made of metal or plastic. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a general view of the bird scaring device, variant 1, and fig. 2 shows the device, variant 2. The essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1, include that the bird scaring device is in the form of a slat. On the front surface of the slat there are rectangular protrusions with holes parallel to the front surface of the slat. In the holes of every other protrusion there are resilient rods bent in the shape of the letter "V".
