UCHWYT MEBLOWY - WIESZAK Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy - wieszak przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych, lub do zawieszania na nim przedmiotów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu - wieszaka prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu uchwytu - wie- szaka oraz polaczenia z meblem lub innym podlozem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono uchwyt - wieszak w widoku z boku oraz fotografii, gdzie na fig. 2 - przedstawiono uchwyt - wieszak w widoku perspektywicznym Uchwyt - wieszak charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku jako calosc ma ksztalt zblizony do plaskiego, dwukolorowego graniastoslupa w formie fantazyjnie styli- zowanej litery „L". The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle - hanger, manifesting itself in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the handle - hanger and the connection with the furniture or other surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the handle - hanger in a side view, and in the photograph, where Fig. 2 shows the handle - hanger in a perspective view. The handle - hanger is characterized by the fact that, in a side view, as a whole, it has a shape similar to a flat, two-color prism in the form of a fancifully stylized letter "L." The handle - hanger shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 2 has a monolithic metallic body in the shape of a prism with a base cross-section close to a square, resting on a foot in the shape of a flattened spatial form in the shape of the letter "L" with a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the body of the handle, but the body rests on the longer element of the letter "L", but is longer than it, giving the object a unique shape, while the shorter elements of the letters "L" are of the same length as the thickness of the body of the handle. The handle - hanger, depending on the place of installation, position and individual purpose assigned to it by the user, can function as a furniture handle, a hanger, or both functions at the same time, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 2. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE DESIGN INDUSTRIAL 1.
