An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations fig. 1, 1a and 1b - a cookie in the shape of a chocolate-covered disc, on the center of which a piece of jelly is placed in the form of a round element with a grid-shaped surface - is that: - the bottom of the cookie is flat, while - its top surface is slightly convex, - the bottom of the cookie and its top together with the piece of jelly are covered with chocolate in such a way that a horizontal strip of sponge cake is visible between the bottom and top chocolate layers. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 - a cookie in the shape of a chocolate-covered disc, with a piece of jelly placed in the middle in the form of a round element with a grid-shaped surface - is that: - the bottom part of the cookie is flat, while - its top surface is slightly convex, - the bottom of the cookie and its top together with the piece of jelly are covered with chocolate in such a way that a horizontal strip of sponge cake is visible between the bottom and top chocolate layers, - the evenly spaced graphic signs "DELIC-POL" are pressed on the bottom of the cookie.
