Description

Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie prostej do wykonania konstrukcji elektrycznego promiennika rurowego o duzej mocy grzejnej i malej powierzchni styku ksztaltek wsporczych z rura oslonowa. The electric tubular heaters used so far consist of a heater placed in a metal, or ceramic, heat-resistant and gas-tight outer sheath tube. The heater consists of metal resistance materials formed in the form of a spiral wire made of wire or a corrugated wire element, possibly a ribbon, placed on ceramic support shapes. In electric tubular heaters operating at temperatures above 700 ° C, it is advantageous that, due to the leakage current and durability of the heater, the contact surface of the ceramic support shapes with the outer casing pipe is as small as possible. There are known electric tubular heaters in which the heater is made of a resistance wire wound in the form of a spiral coil, placed on a ceramic core arranged concentrically in the outer sheath tube. The core is made as a tube, or a cylinder with a spiral groove on the outer surface to keep the resistance wire strand in the correct position and to protect it against interturn short circuits. The inconvenience of the existing solutions is the necessity to wind the strand of resistance wire directly on the ceramic core, and with larger wire diameters, the need to heat it. In the case of a core made of a smooth ceramic tube, it is necessary to put a large number of ceramic supports on the resistance wire. The aim of the invention is to develop a simple to make structure of an electric tubular radiator with a high heating power and a small contact surface of the support shapes with the casing pipe. a way that a set of at least two ceramic tubes are disposed in the outer sheathing tube over which spiral strands of resistance wire are slipped. Ceramic pipes with heating strands are mechanically and electrically separated from each other and from the outer casing pipe by a set of ceramic support shapes. It is advantageous if the ceramic pipes with heating strands are placed in the holes of the ceramic support shapes, which are positioned at intervals kept from each other. through spacer pipes. A connecting rod is moved through the distance pipes and holes in the supporting shapes. The presented solution is characterized by a small contact surface of the support shapes with the outer casing pipe, and allows for obtaining high heating powers with the use of a larger number of ceramic pipes. The solution according to the invention eliminates the use of a ceramic core or pipe. large diameter, which reduces the ratio of the wire diameter to the diameter of the strand and allows the use of smooth ceramic pipes without supports. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment example in an axial section in the drawing. Outer casing pipe 1, made of stainless steel, terminated on one side with the bottom, and on the other with an external flange, a set of six ceramic pipes 2 made of pyrolite is placed. On ceramic pipes 2, heating wires 3 are put, made of a resistance wire which is a ferrochromal alloy. A set of six ceramic pipes 2 with sliding nanosheating coils 3 is placed in the holes of the ceramic support-pieces 4. The support-pieces 4 in the shape of a cylinder have six cylindrical holes for accommodating ceramic pipes 2 with sliding heating coils 3. The holes are placed at equal distances from shaft axis 4 and equidistant from each other. In the axis of the support-piece 4 there is a cylindrical opening for the displacement of the connecting bar 6. The gaps between the support-pieces 4 are held by ceramic spacer pipes 5. The connecting piece 6 is made of heat-resistant steel, coaxially aligned with the outer casing pipe 1, shifted through the central openings in the support-pieces 4 and through the openings of the spacer tubes 5. The connecting pretension 6 is terminated on one side by a thrust plate, and on the other side, from the end of the casing tube 1 provided with an external flange, has a threaded portion. The connecting piece 6 by means of the support pieces 4, spacer pipes 5 and ceramic end pieces connects the ceramic pipes 2 with the threaded heating strands 3 into a complete heater. The spring put on the threaded connecting rod 6 is pre-tensioned by means of a nut screwed on the rod. This allows to avoid high mechanical stresses in the heater operating at high temperature. Heating pins 3, slid on ceramic pipes 2, are connected with each other in series with bridges made of the same material, located alternately on both sides of the heater, between the extreme bearing shapes 4, and the end shapes. The ends of two adjacent heating coils 3, on the side of the casing pipe 1 with an external flange, have threaded ends. The cables supplying the heater with electricity are connected to both threaded ends of the heating coils using nuts 3. It has been verified that the electric tubular radiator according to the invention can work in any position, preferably in a horizontal position. The electric tubular radiator according to the invention is designed to work in furnaces with controlled atmosphere, in three-phase heating systems composed of several electric tubular radiators connected between themselves in a triangle or a star.
