Przekaska Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przekaska. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltów, linii i konturów przekaski. Przekaska stanowi wyrób cukierniczy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia przekaske w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- przekaske w widoku z przodu, fig.3- przekaske w widoku z tylu, fig.4- przekaske w widoku z boku, fig.5- przekaske w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- przekaske w widoku z góry, a fig.7- przekaske w widoku z dolu. Przekaska wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt stylizowany na ksztalt grzyba, przy czym w kapeluszu grzyba widocznych jest szesc wklesniec. Kapelusz grzyba ma kolor ciemno-brazowy, zas noga grzyba jest w kolorze jasno-brazowym, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG. 1FIG.2FIG.4FIG.6 PL PLThe industrial design is for a snack. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the snack in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the snack in a front view, Fig. 3 - the snack in a back view, Fig. 4 - the snack in a side view, Fig. 5 - the snack in a side view, Fig. 6 - the snack in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the snack in a bottom view. According to the industrial design, the snack has the following significant features: it has a stylized mushroom shape, with six visible indentations in the mushroom cap.
