Zestaw ciasteczek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw ciasteczek, zwlaszcza herbatników, którychnowa-postac przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz ornamentacji ich powierzchni, tworzacych indywidualny charakter ciasteczek. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze kazde ciasteczko zestawu ciasteczek jest w ksztalcie plaskiego foremnego czworoboku, którego boki posiadaja wyoblenia, tworzace zabkowane krawedzie ciasteczka, a na powierzchni ciasteczka, znajduja sie graficzne wizerunki, albo postaci dwóch ryb, umieszczonych naprzemianlegle wzgledem siebie, albo postaci skorpiona, albo mitologicznej postaci centaura zaopatrzonego w luk, albo kobiecej postaci w pozycji siedzacej, albo glowy byka, albo wagi, albo postaci lwa w pozycji stojacej, albo dwóch postaci ludzkich w pozycji siedzacej, opartych wzajemnie plecami, albo glowy koziorozca z dwoma rogami i broda, albo postaci ludzkiej wylew^acej wode z trzymanego dzbana, albo glowy barana z zakreconymi rogami, albo postaci raka, przy czym kazdy wizerunek wykonany jest wkleslymi limami i obwiedziony zewnetrzna wklesla linia o wyoblonych rogach, tworzaca takze foremny czworobok, a graficzne wizerunki zestawu ciasteczek symbolizuja konstelacje gwiezdne.Fig.1. PL PLSet of Cookies The subject of the industrial design is a set of cookies, particularly biscuits, whose unique character is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of their surface, creating the cookies' individual character. The set of cookies is shown in illustrative material, presenting individual cookies from the set, where: fig. 1 - shows a cookie with the image of two fish placed alternately in relation to each other; fig. 2 - shows a cookie with the image of a scorpion; fig. 3 - shows a cookie with the image of a mythological centaur equipped with a bow; fig. 4 - shows a cookie with the image of a female figure in a sitting position; fig. 5 - shows a cookie with the image of a bull's head; fig. 6 - shows a cookie with the image of scales; fig. 7 - shows a cookie with the image of a lion in a standing position; Fig. 8 shows a cookie with the image of two human figures in a sitting position, leaning back to back; Fig. 9 shows a cookie with the image of a capricorn's head, with two horns and a beard; Fig. 10 shows a cookie with the image of a human figure pouring water from a jug; Fig. 11 shows a cookie with the image of a ram's head with curled horns; Fig. 12 shows a cookie with the image of a crayfish. The set of cookies, according to the pattern, consists of a total of twelve biscuit cookies, each in the shape of a flat, regular quadrangle, the sides of which have embossed areas, creating serrated edges. On the surface of the cookie, there are characteristic graphic images, surrounded by an outer line with embossed corners. The essential features of the industrial design are that each cookie of the set of cookies is in the shape of a flat, regular quadrangle, the sides of which have roundings, creating serrated edges of the cookie, and on the surface of the cookie, there are graphic images of either two fish placed alternately in relation to each other, or the figure of a scorpion, or the mythological figure of a centaur equipped with a bow, or a female figure in a sitting position, or the head of a bull, or the figure of a scale, or the figure of a lion in a standing position, or two human figures in a sitting position, leaning back to back, or the head of an ibex with two horns and a beard, or a human figure pouring water from a jug held, or the head of a ram with curled horns, or the figure of a crayfish, each image being made with concave lines and surrounded by an outer concave line with rounded corners, also creating a regular quadrangle, and the graphic images of the cookie set symbolize star constellations.
