1 przedstawia schemat instalaqi, a fig. Pomiedzy nagrzew¬ nica 5, a wentylatorem 4 zainstalowany jest uklad do nawilzania powietrza w okresie ogrzewczym para z warnika 17 sterowanego czujnikiem 18 wilgotnosci umieszczonym w przewodzie 3 wentylacji nawiewnej.System ogrzewania i chlodzenia wedlug wynalazku ma zastosowanie szczególnie w przypadkach wykony¬ wania przegród zewnetrznych o podwyzszonej izolacyjnosci termicznej, zapewniajacych obnizenie strat ciepla w okresie ogrzewczym i zysków ciepla w okresie letnim.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Providing full thermal and ventilation comfort of rooms requires the use, in addition to the classic central heating system, air conditioning system or at least mechanical ventilation with air cooling. It is known, for example, from the German patent description No. 2,138,667. a method and device for heating and ventilating large rooms using a ceiling central heating, in which the surface of the heating pipes is enlarged by heating plates, and fresh air introduced into the room is heated by flowing along the heating plates. For this method of heating and ventilation it is required the use of two separate types of installation: central heating and ventilation. Another known method of heating rooms with warm air, which consists in the fact that the air is heated directly before entering the room in the heater, it cannot be used in rooms intended for permanent stay of people, because in order to ensure the appropriate temperature in the room, the blown air must be heated to a temperature much higher than the air temperature in the room, which in turn does not provide adequate thermal comfort due to the presence of According to the invention, heating and cooling of rooms using air blown as a carrier of heat or cooling is carried out in such a way that the heated or cooled air in the heater (the cooler air is directed to the spaces formed by building elements located in ceilings or at walls, especially outside, and then they are introduced into rooms. Building elements in which spaces are formed should preferably adjoin the room with a large surface, facilitating heat exchange between the air in this space and the room. Household tap water is led to the air cooler, then directed to the water heater, water supply and sanitary facilities or other receivers. During the heating period, the building elements absorb heat from the flowing air, transferring it to the rooms by convection and radiation. The incoming air has a temperature close to that of the inside air, which meets the requirements of thermal and ventilation comfort. The cooling of the rooms in the summer period takes place: at night with cool outside air, during the day with air cooled in a cooler powered by tap water and cooled building elements, using their heat accumulation properties. The method of heating or cooling the rooms is illustrated in the figure in which Fig. 1 shows installation diagram, and fig. 2 a horizontal section of a building fragment. The space 2 created by the construction elements of the ceilings 1 are connected to the ducts 3 of the supply fan, connected by the fan 4, heaters 5 and the filter 6 from the air intake. From space 2, ventilation air flows into the rooms 7 intended for permanent stay of people through 8 air inlets, connected with 2 spaces on the intersection of the connection of 3 supply ventilation ducts. From rooms 7 the air flows to auxiliary and sanitary rooms 9, which are equipped with ducts 10 for exhaust ventilation or special openings enabling the outflow of air to the outside * The openings may be equipped with devices supporting the outflow of air. The partition between the corridor 11 and the staircase is a device 13 which is automatically regulated by the influence of the differential pressure - output. The heater 5 is supplied with a heating medium supply installation 14 and a water supply installation 15, but with a supply in the opposite direction, supplying water as an air cooling medium. The water drainage system 15 from the heater 5 (cooler) is connected to the water heater 16 and the internal water supply system. Between the heater 5 and the fan 4 there is installed a system for humidifying the air during the heating period, steam from the cooker 17 controlled by a humidity sensor 18 located in the supply ventilation duct 3. The heating and cooling system according to the invention is particularly applicable in the case of making external partitions of increased thermal insulation, ensuring reduction of heat losses in the heating period and heat gains in the summer.
