Takie przedmioty zgrzewano dotychczas albo pojedyncza elektroda jednopunktowa, oddzielnie kazdy punkt zgrzewania, lub stosowano vielopunktowe elektrody w meto¬ dzie zgrzewania garbowego.Obydwie metody dotychczas stosowane maja wady. Polozenie tych elektrod ustalaja sprezyny docisku promie¬ niowego i osiowego. Aby mozliwy byl przesuw elektrod wzajemnie niezaleznych, miedzy plyta glowicowa a plyta dolna znajduje sie kanal, w którym luzno spoczywaja elektrody. Kazda elektroda w dolnej czesci posiada wystep ograniczajacy jej ruch poza plyta dolna. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. It is often necessary to connect objects by resistance welding, the surfaces of which are not in one geometric plane. Hitherto such objects have been welded either with a single single point electrode, each welding point separately, or multi point electrodes have been used in the projection welding method. Both methods heretofore have disadvantages. The disadvantage of the single welding method is the high laboriousness of the operation, and higher energy consumption due to numerous loose operations. The disadvantage of the projection welding method is the necessity to properly shape the welded elements, which, with a slight inaccuracy, causes uneven pressure of the electrodes to the welded points, reducing the weld connection. The object of the invention is to overcome these drawbacks and to provide a multi-point electrode which does not require material preparation by shaping humps or other contact projections. This object is achieved according to the invention by providing a multi-point electrode the projecting pins of which are movably arranged on the bottom plate. The position of these electrodes is set by radial and axial pressure springs. During operation, the position of the mounting pin with the upper plate does not change after the electrodes come into contact with the object to be welded. In order to allow the movement of the mutually independent electrodes, between the head plate and the bottom plate there is a channel in which the electrodes loosely rest. Each electrode on the bottom has a ledge limiting its movement beyond the bottom plate. The tips of the electrodes protruding beyond the bottom plate during operation occupy a position depending on the position of the surface to be welded. The subject of the invention is illustrated by an example in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a multipoint electrode in a view, Fig. 2, shows a multi-point electrode in The mounting pin 4 is embedded in the top plate 3 which is integrated with the head plate 2 and the bottom plate 5 is at a distance from the head plate 2. These distances are defined by the side plates that supply coolant and form a guide channel for the head plate therein. electrodes 1. The electrodes 1 are pressed in the axial direction by springs 7 and in the transverse direction by the transverse resetting springs 6 for the stability of the electrodes during operation. patent 1. Multipoint electrode for welding metals, characterized in that the electrodes (1) are movably placed in the bottom plate (5) and their position is set by the radial pressure springs (6) and the axial pressure springs (7), with the same position of the upper plate (3) and the pin fastener (4). 2. The electrode according to claim 1, characterized in that between the head plate (2) and the bottom plate (5) there is a channel in which the electrodes (1) rest loosely, with protrusions in the lower part limiting their mosses beyond the bottom plate (5), the length of the pins being ! electrodes (1) protruding beyond the bottom plate (5) depend on the position of the welded surface during operation.
