Lopata Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty zaopatrzonej w dwa rodzaje mocowan listew zgarniajacych, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry zaopatrzona na jej krawedzi w nitowana do niej metalowa listwe zgarniajaca, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu zaopatrzona na jej krawedzi w nitowana do niej metalowa listwe zgarniajaca fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry zaopatrzona w zaciskana na jej krawedzi metalowa listwe zgarniajaca, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu zaopatrzona na jej krawedzi w zaciskana do niej metalowa listwe zgarniajaca. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of shovel equipped with two types of scraper bar attachments, evident in its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a top view of the shovel with a riveted metal scraper bar on its edge; Fig. 2 shows a rear view of the shovel with a riveted metal scraper bar on its edge; Fig. 3 shows a top view of the shovel with a clamped metal scraper bar on its edge; and Fig. 4 shows a rear view of the shovel with a clamped metal scraper bar on its edge. As shown in the drawing, the shovel, according to the first variant, has, in a top view, a surface in the shape of a rectangle, divided by parallel protrusions in the shape of narrow, sharply pointed ribs, along which a riveted scraper strip with a straight edge and a V-shaped cross-section is attached, and in the central part of the rear wall of the shovel there is a hole for attaching a handle with a stirrup-shaped handle at the end, as shown in the attached drawing. The shovel, according to the second variant, has a top view of a surface in the shape of a rectangle, divided by parallel protrusions in the shape of narrow, sharp-edged ribs, along which a scraping strip with a straight edge and a V-shaped cross-section is clamped, and in the central part of the rear wall of the shovel there is a hole for mounting a handle with a stirrup-shaped handle at the end. Essential features of the industrial design The shovel, according to the first variant, has, in a top view, a surface in the shape of a rectangle, divided by parallel convexities in the shape of narrow, sharp-ended ribs, along which a riveted scraper strip with a straight edge and a V-shaped cross-section is fastened, while in the central part of the rear wall of the shovel there is a hole for fastening a handle with a stirrup-shaped handle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2. The shovel, according to the second variant, has, in a top view, a surface in the shape of a rectangle, divided by parallel convexities in the shape of narrow, sharp-ended ribs, along which a scraper strip with a straight edge is clamped. and a cross-section in the shape of the letter "V", wherein in the central part of the rear wall of the shovel there is a hole for mounting a shaft with a stirrup-shaped handle, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
