Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny odzwierciedlajacy zakres przedmiotowy i formy prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej, tak oznaczonej firmy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno- graficznej spotegowanej kolorystyka znaku, zapewniajacej skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku od czola wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, trzecia odmiane na fig. 3, czwarta odmiane na fig. 4, piata odmiane na fig. 5, szósta odmiane na fig. 6, siódma odmiane na fig. 7. Na powierzchni czworobocznej umieszczone sa takze dodatkowe teksty wraz z uzupelniajaca grafikaKolorystyka znaku: powierzchnia elementu graficznego oraz liter - granatowa, powierzchnia klawiatury - biala, pozostala powierzchnia czworoboku - zielona. Poszczególne odmiany znaku graficznego róznia sie miedzy soba tekstami, uzupelniajacymi podstawowy znak slowno-graficzny. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej czworoboku, po lewej stronie, zaznaczony jest gruba linia oknig, wewnatrz którego umieszczona jest duza litera „G". Po prawej strome okregu napisany jest gruba linia, duzymi literami, kursywa wyraz „GLOBAL", którego wysokosc liter stanowi czwarta czesc srednicy okregu, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera kompozycje slowno-graficzna ja k w pierwszej odmianie. Kompozycja graficzna znaku uzupelniona jest zapisem znajdujacym sie w tej samej poziomej linii, co wyraz „GLOBAL", majac tresc „CENTRUM TELEFONÓW KOMÓRKOWYCH". Za zapisem tym zaznaczona jest stylizacja klawiatury telefonicznej, zamykajaca powierzchnie ekspozycyjna, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno- graficzna ja k w pierwszej odmianie, która uzupelniona jest zapisem o tresci „CENTRUM TELEFONÓW KOMÓRKOWYCH", znajdujacym sie ponizej wyrazu „GLOBAL" i rozpoczynajacy sie od krawedzi litery „L". Powyzszy zapis napisany jest duzymi literami, kursywa, o znacznie mniejszej wysokosci liter od innych liter znaku. Zachowuje kolorystyke znaku jak w pierwszej odmianie, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. Czwarta odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno- graficzna ja k w pierwszej odmianie. Uzupelnieniem tej kompozycji jest zapis o tresci „SERWIS TELEFONÓW KOMÓRKOWYCH" z identycznym rozmieszczeniem, krojem liter i kolorystyka jak w odmianie trzeciej, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4.Piata odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera kompozycje slowno-graficzna, jak w pierwszej odmianie, która uzupelniona jest zapisem o tresci „TELEKOMUNIKACJA MOBILNA", znajdujacym sie ponizej wyrazu „GLOBAL" i rozpoczynajacy sie od krawedzi litery „B". PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a graphic symbol reflecting the scope and forms of the manufacturing, service, and commercial activities conducted by the company thus designated. The essence of an industrial design is the use of a word and graphic composition, enhanced by the color scheme of the symbol, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers for the manufacturing, commercial, and service activities conducted. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which also constitutes a collective list of all the variants of the industrial design presented in a frontal view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective list. The first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the second in Fig. 2, the third in Fig. 3, the fourth in Fig. 4, the fifth in Fig. 5, the sixth in Fig. 6, and the seventh in Fig. 7. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: A graphic mark based on an industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a quadrilateral surface, on the left side of which is a graphic element with a letter embedded within it, next to which is marked in bold type the dominant word in the mark. The quadrilateral surface also contains additional text along with supplementary graphics. The color scheme of the mark: the surface of the graphic element and letters - navy blue, the keyboard surface - white, and the remaining surface of the quadrilateral - green. Individual variants of the graphic mark differ in the text that supplements the basic word-graphic mark. The first variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that on the display surface of the quadrangle, on the left side, there is a thick line of a circle, inside which there is a capital letter "G". On the right side of the circle, the word "GLOBAL" is written in a thick line, in capital letters, in italics, the height of the letters of which is a quarter of the diameter of the circle, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second variant of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a word-graphic composition like the one in the first variant. The graphic composition of the mark is supplemented by an inscription located in the same horizontal line as the word "GLOBAL", with the content "CELL PHONE CENTER". Behind this entry, the stylized telephone keypad is marked, closing the display area, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a word-graphic composition like k in the first version, which is supplemented by the entry reading "CENTRUM TELEFONÓW KOMÓRKOWYCH", located below the word "GLOBAL" and starting from the edge of the letter "L". The above entry is written in capital letters, italic, with a significantly smaller letter height than the other letters of the mark. It retains the color scheme of the mark as in the first version, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 3. The fourth version of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has a word-graphic composition like k in the first version. This composition is supplemented by the text "SERWIS TELEFONÓW KOMÓRKOWYCH" with the same layout, lettering and colours as in the third variant, which is shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 4. The fifth variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterised by the fact that it contains a word-graphic composition, as in the first variant, which is supplemented by the text "TELEKOMUNIKACJA MOBILNA" (MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS), located below the word "GLOBAL" and starting from the edge of the letter "B". The above entry is written in the font and colors as in the second version, which is shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 5. The sixth version of the graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a word-graphic composition as in the first version, supplemented by the entry reading "CENTRUM MOBLNYCVH TECHNOLOGII" with the identical layout, font and colors as in the fifth version, which is shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 6. The seventh version of the graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a word-graphic composition as in the first version, supplemented by the entry reading "TECHNOLOGIE MOBILNE" with the identical layout, font and colors as in the fifth version, which is shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 7.
