Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opiekacza przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci powierzchni poszczególnych elementów opiekacza, ukladzie linii, nadajaca swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do uzyskania okreslonych celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach przedstawiajacych opiekacz w widoku perspektywicznym, w taki sposób, ze fig. 1 przedstawia opiekacz z wysunietymi podporami w widoku z przodu, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia opiekacz w widoku od góry ze zlozonymi podporami, wmontowanymi w krawedzie dolnej sciany, która zachodzi nadluzsze boki opiekacza, a fig. 3 przedstawia opiekacz w widoku izometrycznym od przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to jego prostopadloscienny ksztalt ze skladanymi podporami umocowanymi w dluzszych bokach opiekacza, przy czym sciana spodnia i dwa boki krótsze sa pelne, a góre i dwa dluzsze boki stanowi azurowa plaszczyzna wykonana w formie siatki posiadajacej oczka w ksztalcie rombu, z tym ze krawedzie dolnej plaszczyzny i krótszych boków zachodza na sasiadujace z nimi sciany.fig. 1 fig. 2fig. 3 PL PLCreator of the industrial design: Tadeusz Redmann OPIEKACZ The industrial design registration right is valid from May 2, 2006. The subject of the industrial design is a toaster designed for toasting food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the toaster, manifested in the shape, surface properties of the toaster's individual elements, and line layout, giving it a unique and original appearance aimed at achieving specific aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which show the toaster in a perspective view, such that Fig. 1 shows the toaster with extended supports in a front view, while Fig. 2 shows the toaster from above with folded supports, mounted in the edges of the bottom wall, which overlaps the longest sides of the toaster, and Fig. 3 shows the toaster in an isometric view from the front. The essential features of the industrial design are its cuboid shape with foldable supports attached to the longer sides of the toaster, where the bottom wall and two shorter sides are solid, and the top and two longer sides are an openwork surface made in the form of a grid with diamond-shaped meshes, with the edges of the bottom surface and shorter sides overlapping the adjacent walls.
