1 pokazuje segment prefabrykowany w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2 - segment prefabrykowany w przekroju podluznym, fig.3 - segment prefabrykowany w rzucie poziomym, fig. 4 - nakladke z wrebem i uszczelka w przekroju podluznym, fig. 5 równiez nakladke bez wrebu w przekroju podluznym, fig.6 - polaczenie segmmen- tów prefabrykowanych w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 7 - segmenty prefabrykowane w aksonometrii przed zamontowaniem, fig. 8 — szczegól umieszczenia uszczelki w plycie dennej i sciance elementu prefabrykowanego w aksonometrii. Previously, prefabricated segments for heating ducts were butt-jointed and sealed with cement mortar. In the case of the foundation of the channels in the ground with low bearing capacity or in the irrigated ground, the channel was always moved laterally and vertically, which consequently destroyed it, and thus caused water from the ground to get into the interior of the channel. In the event of failure of heating pipes, hot water from the high-pressure channel escapes to the outside. The aim of the invention is to develop a segment of a prefabricated heating channel with a flexible, permanent and tight connection. This aim was achieved thanks to the fact that a prefabricated segment of any shape, consisting of a wall and a bottom plate, has monolithic covers at its opposite ends, with one of the covers being provided with a recess with a gasket. The invention will be explained in more detail on the example of the implementation. shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows a prefabricated section in cross section, fig. 2 - prefabricated section in longitudinal section, fig. 3 - prefabricated section in horizontal view, fig. 4 - a ribbed cover and a gasket in a longitudinal section, fig. 5 also a cover without a notch in longitudinal section, Fig. 6 - connection of prefabricated segments in cross section, Fig. 7 - prefabricated segments in axonometry before assembly, Fig. 8 - particular placement of the gasket in the base plate and the wall of the prefabricated element in the axonometry. A prefabricated section of any shape consists of a wall 1 and a bottom plate 2 of any shape. The walls 1 and the bottom plate 2 of the prefabricated segment on both its sides have monolithic overlays 3 and 4, but one of the overlays 3 is provided with a plate 5 with a flexible seal 6. In the finished trench, a heating duct from the segments is mounted on the even, contoured bottom of it. prefabricated elements 1, 2 with overlays 3 and 4, but the segment with the overlay 3 with the notch 5 and the gasket 6 lie on the segment with the overlay 4, i.e. without a groove, in a vertical plane from top to bottom, thus causing pressure in the bottom plate 2 and wedging in walls 1. Prefabricated segment 1,2, when laying a heating duct, should be an overlay 3 with a notch 5 located at the wall of a heating chamber or a fixed support. 2 109 085 Patent claim Prefabricated segment, especially for heating ducts, consisting of a wall and a bottom plate , characterized in that at its opposite ends it has caps (3), (4), but one of the covers (3) is provided with a spline (5) with a seal ka (6). fiijiini fig 1 fig 2 fig 7 fig 8 Lab.
