Krzeslo Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo, przeznaczone do ogródków piwnych, kawiarnianych, ogrodów i tym podobnych. Z polskiego opisu wzoru przemyslowego Rp.8289 oraz z publikacji wspólnotowych wzorów przemyslowych RCD.000335906, RCD. 000361332 i RCD.000390505 znane sa krzesla o czterech nogach z okra- glych rurek, posiadajace podlokietniki i oparcia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru przejawiaja- ca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjach, któiych Fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 - krzeslo w wido- ku z przodu, Fig. 3 - krzeslo w widoku z boku, a Fig. 4 - krzeslo w widoku z góiy. Krzeslo wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonane z okraglych ru- rek, posiada cztery nogi, oparcie i podlokietniki, przy czym czesc rurek jest lekko wygieta lukowo. Tylne nogi sa znacznie wydluzone ponad siedzisko i wygiete lukowo do przodu. Ich konce sa polaczone górnym lacznikiem wygietym lukowo do tylu, stanowiacym górna krawedz oparcia. Mniej wiecej w polowie wyso- kosci tylnych nóg jest rozmieszczony lacznik, który jest lekko wygiety lu- kowo w dól i stanowi tylna krawedz siedziska. Przednie nogi sa takze wydluzone ponad siedzisko i wygiete lukowo doprzodu. W górnej czesci sa zalamane i tworza podlokietniki, wygiete luko- wo w góre i wydluzone poza oparcie krzesla. Przednie nogi sa takze pola- czone ze soba lacznikiem wygietym lukowo do przodu i stanowiacym przednia krawedz siedziska. Przednie i tylne nogi sa w widoku z boku rozbiezne w kierunku do dolu. Laczniki przedni i tylny, stanowiace krawedzie siedziska, sa polaczone ze soba bocznymi równoleglymi lacznikami siedziska, rozmieszczonymi w poblizu nóg krzesla, przy czym rozstaw nóg przednich jest wiekszy niz rozstaw nóg tylnych. Przestrzen pomiedzy wszystkimi krawedziami siedzi- ska jest calkowicie wypelniona powierzchnia siedziska. Ponizej górnej krawedzi oparcia jest rozmieszczony kolejny lacznik takze wygiety do tylu, a jeszcze nizej, na wysokosci podlokietników, nastepny lacznik wygiety do dolu. Przestrzen pomiedzy tymi lacznikami jest calko- wicie wypelniona i stanowi powierzchnie oparcia. Pomiedzy górna krawedzia oparcia i powierzchnia oparcia utworzony jest przeswit, który w srodkowej czesci posiada plytke, stanowiaca powierzch- nie reklamowa. Przeswit jest utworzony takze pomiedzy powierzchnia oparcia i tylna kra- wedzia siedziska. Polish industrial design description Rp.8289 and Community industrial design publications RCD.000335906, RCD. 000361332, and RCD.000390505 describe chairs with four legs made of round tubing and having armrests and backrests. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the design manifested in its shape, contours, and line arrangement. The subject of the design is shown in the illustrations, of which Fig. 1 shows the chair in perspective view, Fig. 2 - the chair in front view, Fig. 3 - the chair in side view, and Fig. 4 - the chair in top view. The industrial-style chair is made of round tubing and has four legs, a backrest, and armrests, some of which are slightly curved. The rear legs extend significantly beyond the seat and arc forward. Their ends are connected by an upper connector, arcing backward, forming the upper edge of the backrest. Approximately halfway up the rear legs is a connector, arcing slightly downward and forming the rear edge of the seat. The front legs also extend beyond the seat and arc forward. At the top, they are bent, forming armrests, arcing upward and extending beyond the backrest. The front legs are also connected by a connector, arcing forward, forming the front edge of the seat. The front and rear legs, viewed from the side, diverge downward. The front and rear links, constituting the seat edges, are connected by parallel lateral seat links placed near the chair legs, with the front legs spacing greater than the rear legs spacing. The space between all the seat edges is completely filled by the seat surface. Below the upper edge of the backrest is another link, also curved backward, and further down, at armrest height, another link curved downward. The space between these links is completely filled and constitutes the backrest surface. A gap is created between the upper edge of the backrest and the backrest surface, which has a plate in the middle, constituting an advertising surface. A clearance is also created between the backrest surface and the rear edge of the seat. Essential features of the industrial design: The chair has four legs, a seat, backrest, and armrests made of metal tubes, some of which are slightly arched; The front legs are spaced wider than the rear legs, and when viewed from the side, they diverge; The space between the upper edge of the backrest and the seat is openwork and has two transverse clearances, with a plate with an advertising surface placed in the upper clearance; The backrest and seat surfaces are completely filled.
