Przedmiotem wynalazku jest klej, zwlaszcza do rdzeni i fiorm odlewniczych, zawierajacy szklo wodne.Znane sa srodki laczace w postaci kitów i za¬ praw, zawierajace szklo wodne, wypelniacz mine- B ralny oraz srodki przyspieszajace wiazanie takie jak: fluorokrzemian sodu, estry kwasów tluszczo¬ wych z gliceryna luib glikolem. Polaczenia uzy¬ skane przy pomocy tych srodków posiadaja do¬ bre parametry wytrzymalosciowe. S/tosowanie ich 10 do celów odlewniczych jest jednakze ograniczone dlugim czasem wiazania wynoszacym do 30 godzin.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie kompozycji klejowej w postaci pasty, charakteryzujacej sie nie- gazotwórczoscia, nietoksycznoscia, dobrymi wlas- 1S nosciami wytrzymalosciowymi uzyskanego pola¬ czenia oraz krótkim czasem wiazania.Stwierdzono, ze jezeli do srodka laczacego za¬ wierajacego szklo wodne i ilasty wypelniacz mine¬ ralny wprowadzi sie silikaizel dostarczajacy zaród- M niki krzemionki oraz weglan wapnia i octan wap¬ nia dostarczajace dwutlenek wegla, to uzyska sie klej o krótkim czasie wiazania, dolbrej przyczep¬ nosci oraz dobrych parametrach wytrzymaloscio¬ wych, nietoksyczny i niegazotwónczy. The joints obtained with these measures have good strength parameters. Their use for foundry purposes, however, is limited by a long setting time of up to 30 hours. The aim of the invention is to develop a paste-like adhesive composition, which is gas-free, non-toxic, good strength properties and a short bonding time. It has been found that, if silica gel to provide silica origin and calcium carbonate and calcium acetate to provide carbon dioxide is added to the bonding agent containing water glass and clay mineral filler, a glue with a short setting time is obtained, good adhesion and good strength parameters, non-toxic and non-nitrous. It has been found that the best adhesive properties are obtained when sodium-potassium water glass is used, and bentonite is used as a clay mineral filler.
