Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi chropowata powierzchnia ciastek, oraz uksztaltowanie ich czesci srodkowej i kontrastowe zabarwienie obrzeza w stosunku do czesci srodkowej. Ciastka sa blizej przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku w widoku aksonometrycznym, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane ciastka, fig.2 przedstawia druga odmiane ciastka, fig.3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane ciastka, natomiast fig.4 przedstawia czwarta odmiane ciastka Pierwsza odmiana ciastka ma chropowata powierzchnie zewnetrzna, czesc srodkowa ciastka jest wypukla i ma barwe ciemniejsza od obrzeza. Druga odmiana ciastka ma chropowata powierzchnie zewnetrzna , wypukla czesc srodkowa o barwie jasniejszej od obrzeza. Trzecia odmiana ciastka ma chropowata powierzchnie ,a czesc srodkowa ciastka jest wklesla. Essential features of the industrial design include the rough surface of the cookies, the shape of their center, and the contrasting color of the rim relative to the center. The cookies are more closely illustrated in the attached axonometric drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the cookie, Fig. 2 shows the second version, Fig. 3 shows the third version, and Fig. 4 shows the fourth version. The first version of the cookie has a rough outer surface, and the center is convex and darker in color than the rim. The second version of the cookie has a rough outer surface and a convex center that is lighter in color than the rim. The third variety of the cookie has a rough surface and a concave center.
