Skosna sciana przepustu Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skosna sciana przepustu, usytuowanego w skarpie nasypowej, wzdluz wykopu ziemnego, poprzecznie do drogi przechodzacej przez skarpe. Wzór znajduje zastosowanie do zakonczania wylotów przepustów rurowych usytuowanych w skarpie nasypowej i zabezpieczania skarpy w miejscu wyprowadzenia przepustu. 1 przedstawia skosna sciane przepustu w widoku z przodu, zas fig. 2 przedstawia skosna sciane przepustu w przekroju poprzecznym. Skosna sciana przepustu wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowana z czterech elementów: elementu oporowego 4 z otworem 6, elementu dennego 5, dwóch symetrycznych elementów bocznych 2 i 3. The design is used to terminate pipe culvert outlets located in the embankment and to secure the culvert at the culvert exit point. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, and shapes. The design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the sloping culvert wall from a front view, while Fig. 2 shows the sloping culvert wall in cross-section. The inclined wall of the culvert according to the pattern is formed of four elements: a resistance element 4 with an opening 6, a bottom element 5, and two symmetrical side elements 2 and 3. The resistance element 4 has the shape of a trapezoid arranged so that the longer base is at the top of the pattern, while the shorter base is connected to the edge of the bottom element 5, which has the shape of a rectangle. In the lower part of the resistance element 4 there is an opening 6 intended for connecting the pipe culvert. The bottom element 5 and the side elements 2 and 3 are arranged perpendicularly to the resistance element 4, with the side elements 2 and 3 being arranged at an obtuse angle to the bottom element 5, forming a kind of gutter, as shown in Fig. 1. The side elements 2 and 3 have the shape of a rectangle with a truncated top, as shown in Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design are visible in the original arrangement of its contours and the shape created by the arrangement of four elements: a resistance element in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, situated with its longer base upwards, provided with a hole intended for connecting a pipe duct, two side elements, each in the form of a rectangle with a truncated top, and a bottom element in the shape of a rectangle, wherein the bottom element and the side elements are situated perpendicularly to the resistance element, and the side elements are situated in relation to the bottom element at an obtuse angle, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
