Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób granulowania zestawu szklarskiego znajdujacego zastosowanie w prze¬ mysle szklarskim.Dotychczas w celu zgranulowania zestawu szklarskiego dodaje sie do niego wode lub lug sodowy lub fluorokrzemian sodu.Wada opisanego sposobu jest mala wytrzymalosc granul zestawu i utrudnione ich topienie w wyniku czego granule zestawu rozsypuja sie podczas transportu do pieca. Utrudnione topienie granul przedluza proces topienia masy szklanej. Przyklad I. Do zestawu szkla sodowo-wapniowego dodaje sie 20% ciezarowych proszku szklanego o uziarnieniu od 1 do 2 mm i o skladzie chemicznym zgodnym z zestawem. W ciagu 3 do 5 minut zestaw zostaje zgranulowany. Otrzymane granule po wysuszeniu maja srednice okolo 12 mm i porowatosc rzedu 25% a wytrzymalosc ich osiaga wartosc 9 kg/cm2.Przykladll. Do zestawu szkla sodowo-wapniowego dodaje sie 30% ciezarowych proszku szklanego o uziarnieniu od 1,5 do 2,5 mm i o skladzie chemicznym zgodnym z zestawem. Prac. So far, in order to granulate the batch of glass, water or sodium liquor or sodium fluorosilicate are added to it. they break down during transport to the furnace. Difficult melting of the granules extends the melting process of the glass mass. The aim of the invention is to develop such a granulation method to increase the strength of granules that will melt easily. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that an additional 10 to 30% by weight of glass powder is added to the set intended for granulation. fineness from 0.10 to 2.5 mm, with a chemical composition compatible with the granular composition. In order to bind the granules, an aqueous solution of water glass is added in the form of a mist in a ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 5 and in an amount from 8 to 15% by volume. Granules of the glass set obtained by the method according to the invention accelerate the process of melting the glass mass in the furnace from 20 to 30%, which in turn results in quite high fuel savings and lower production costs. Example I. 20% by weight of glass powder with a grain size of 1 to 2 mm and the chemical composition according to the kit is added to the soda-lime glass assembly. The mixture prepared in this way is fed in a known manner to a plate granulator where it is sprinkled with a mist of a water solution of water glass in the amount of 10% by volume and in the ratio of 1 part of water glass and 3 parts of water. The batch is granulated within 3 to 5 minutes. The obtained granules, after drying, have a diameter of about 12 mm and a porosity of 25%, and their strength reaches the value of 9 kg / cm2. Example. To the soda-lime glass set is added 30% by weight of the glass powder with a grain size of 1.5 to 2.5 mm and the chemical composition of the set. The mixture prepared in this way is fed in a known manner to the disc granulator, where it is sprinkled with a mist of a water solution of glass 111274 in the amount of 15% by volume and in the ratio: 1 part of water glass and 4 parts of water. The set is granulated within 7 minutes. The obtained granules, after drying, have a diameter of 15 mm and a porosity of 30%, and their strength reaches 8 kg / cm2. Patent claim A method of granulating a glass batch, characterized in that additionally 10 to 30% by weight of glass powder is added to the batch intended for granulation. fragmentation from 0.10 to 2.5 mm, and the chemical composition according to the granular kit, where in order to bind the granules, an aqueous solution of water glass is added in the form of a mist in a ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 5 and in an amount from 8 to 15 % by volume Work.
