Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy sposobu wyrobu ksztaltek budowlanych wszelkiego rodzaju. Polega on na nastepujacem: for¬ my napelnia sie wilgotnym torfem wzietym wprost z gruntu i nastepnie zalewa sie go masa wiazaca, po stwardnieniu usuwa sie forme. Formy moga nadawac materjalowi ksztalt bloków, plyt i podobnych przedmio¬ tów, z których wykonywa sie objekty bu¬ dowlane. Formy moga stanowic równiez drewniane szalowanie przez wypelnienie którego materjalem budowlanym otrzymu¬ je sie gotowa sciane. Jako masa wiazaca stosuje sie mieszanina: pyl wapienny ze szklem wodnem, co lacznie daje krzemian wapnia. Zamiast pylu wapiennego moze byc stosowany cement, gips i podobne ma¬ terjaly. Do mieszaniny dodany byc moze sproszkowany torf.Otrzymane w ten sposób ksztaltówki budowlane sa twarde, lekkie, ogniotrwale i stanowia zly przewodnik ciepla, dzieki czemu posiadaja wszelkie zalety, jakie w budownictwie sa wymagane.
