Techniques for embossing various patterns on thermoplastic films are known. They are mainly used to shape patterns on films used for decorative purposes, where one-sided processing is essential. In these methods, a metal cylinder with a pattern engraved on the surface is used to emboss the patterns. In known methods, the output foil is diaphragm-heated to the required temperature by means of metal drums heated with thermostatic oil and infrared heaters. These methods have a number of disadvantages, since the membrane heating usually results in uneven heating of the film along the axis of the roll, due to the non-linear temperature distribution, and it is therefore necessary to adjust the temperature of the film by means of infrared heaters. 20 It is known from Polish patents No. 80 824 and No. 75 7% to use diaphragmless methods of processing films with liquid cooling media. These descriptions relate to the direct cooling of the film. It is known from the United States Patent No. 3,674,757, a method for the preparation of anti-adhesive materials, according to which appropriate raw material compositions based on polyolefin are used for the production of films with anti-adhesive properties. method of obtaining polyolefin anti-adhesive film, profiled on both sides. which will make it possible to eliminate the disadvantages of known methods and to obtain a film with such a surface structure as a result of which its adhesion to materials with adhesive properties is reduced. This goal was achieved by the use of a diaphragmless method of heat treatment of the film with a liquid, immediately before the profiling operation, and the use of a walkametal profiling having surfaces shaped as a pyramid with a polygonal base. The essence of the invention is that immediately before the operation In profiling, the film is heat-treated at a temperature of 75-95 ° C, directly with a liquid, most preferably water, and the profiling of the film is carried out by a profiling roller having surfaces shaped as pyramids with a polygonal base, most preferably a diamond. The use of the method according to the invention avoids the use of a costly and technically complicated system for heating the foil, usually formed by a set of large diameter metal rolls and infrared heaters. By carrying out the heat treatment with the method according to the invention, it is ensured that the film is evenly heated in a short time, in order to make it susceptible to permanent plastic deformation and to reduce the degree of orientation and thus the degree of shrinkage of the film in both directions, and to improve the flatness, which is of great importance in the conditions of its use. The application of the method according to the invention using a metal cylinder with the surface pattern described above, allows to obtain a film showing anti-adhesive properties on both sides. The anti-adhesive properties depend on the density, depth and shape of the roll surface profiling. The profiling density should amount to 500-3000 pyramids per 1 dm2. while the profiling depth is 0.3-2.0 mm. An example of use is shown in the figure, where a polyethylene film 6 with a thickness of 0.08 mm and a width of 1400 mm is continuously unwound from the roll 1 at a linear speed of 30 m / min. After passing through a series of guide rollers 8, it goes through a slot in the cover of the heating bath 2 to a thermostatic water bath at a temperature of 85 ° C, where, during direct contact with hot water, the film is heated in its entirety and internal tensions are eliminated. From the tub, the foil enters the profiling system formed by a rubber roller 3 and a metal profiling roller 4 with a surface shaped like a pyramid 9 with a diamond base. The roll profiling density is 1200 pyramids per 1 dm2 and the profiling depth is I mm. As a result of the mutual pressure of the rollers 3 and 4 in the profiling system, the surface 5 of the profiling roller is permanently imaged on the foil, which is then cooled on both sides by blowing cold air 5 and wound onto the core 7. The method described in the example has four times less adhesion to the standard tape itself. - 10 adhesive than non-profiled polyethylene film. Patent claim 15 A method of obtaining a polyolefin anti-adhesive film, profiled on both sides, based on the fact that immediately before the profiling operation, the film is heat-treated at a temperature of 75-95 ° C, directly with the use of a liquid, preferably water, and the profiling of the film is carried out by means of a profile roller having a surface shaped in a pyramidal pattern at the base of a polygon, most preferably a diamond.
