Przedmiotem wynalazku jest farba do druku sitowego szczególnie na opakowaniach szklanych powlekanych zmiekczonym polichlorkiem winylu.Dotychczas znane sa farby do druku sitowego na powierzchniach ze zmiekczonego polichlorku winylu skladajace sie zpolichlorku winylu w ilosci do 20% wago¬ wych, rozpuszczalników takich jak ksylen, cykloheksa- non i octan butylu w sumarycznej ilosci do 70% wagowych, zmiekczaczy pierwszorzedowych takich jak np. ftalan butylu w ilosci do 20% wagowych, stabilizato¬ rów i pigmentów barwiacych do 10% wagowych.Przykladem dotychczas stosowanej farby do druku sitowego na powierzchniach ze zmiekczonego polich¬ lorku winylujest farba o nastepujacej recepturze: polich¬ lorek winylu 6% wagowych, kopolimer zwiazków winylowych(typu PM 375 Lonz^8% wagowych, cyklo- heksanon — 27% wagowych, ksylen — 35% wagowych, ftalan butylowy — 15% wagowych, stabilizator steary¬ nian glinu — 2,5% wagowych, pigment — 6,5% wago¬ wych. Przyklad I. Farba biala sklada sie z polichlorku winylu emulsyjnego w ilosci — 45% wagowych, zmiek- czaczy w postaci ftalanu dwuoktylu — 33% wagowych i chloroparafiny — 6% wagowych, stabilizatora w postaci bis-oktylotioglikolanu dwuoktylocyny w kompozycji z epoksydowanym olejem sojowym — 1% wagowy, pig¬ mentu w postaci dwutlenku tytanu — 15% wagowych.Przyklad II. Farbazólta sklada sie z polichlorku winylu emulsyjnego w ilosci — 49% wagowych, zmiek- czaczy w postaci ftalanu dwuizodecylu — 28% wago¬ wych i chloroparafiny — 12% wagowych, stabilizatora w postaci stearynianu olowiowego — 1% wagowy i pig¬ mentu w postaci zólcieni kadmowej — 10% wagowych. &*.mm( PLThe subject of the invention is an ink for screen printing, especially on glass packages coated with softened polyvinyl chloride. So far, screen printing inks for surfaces made of softened polyvinyl chloride are known, consisting of polyvinyl chloride in an amount of up to 20% by weight of solvents such as xylene, cyclohexanone and butyl acetate in a total amount of up to 70% by weight, primary softeners such as, for example, butyl phthalate in an amount up to 20% by weight, stabilizers and color pigments up to 10% by weight. An example of a screen printing ink used so far on surfaces made of soft polychlorinated vinyl chloride is a paint with the following formula: polyvinyl chloride 6% by weight, copolymer of vinyl compounds (type PM 375 Lonz ^ 8% by weight, cyclohexanone - 27% by weight, xylene - 35% by weight, butyl phthalate - 15% by weight, stabilizer aluminum stearate - 2.5% by weight, pigment - 6.5% by weight This recipe is published in the book by Cz. Gard, Fr. Kacprzak entitled Dyeing of plastics, published in 1972, chapter IV b. The paints used so far are characterized by a low content of polyvinyl chloride and soften the poor adhesion to the substrate, therefore they are not very resistant to abrasion. Regardless of the above, the print obtained with the use of these inks is flat and not very effective. The aim of the present invention is to avoid the drawbacks presented above and to develop a paint recipe that will make it possible to obtain a convex and abrasion-resistant printing. As shown by the research and tests, such an ink can be obtained by increasing the content of the basic component, which is polyvinyl chloride and eliminating from it solvents such as xylene, cyclohexanone, and butyl acetate, increasing the place of the number of softeners and introducing a tertiary softener in the form of a chloroparaffle. Polyvinyl chloride compounds such as octyl phthalate, butyl phthalate, diisodecyl phthalate mixed with chloroparaffin in a total amount of 25-55% by weight, including chloroparaffin in the amount of 5-15% by weight, a polyvinyl chloride stabilizer such as lead stearate, bis- octylthiogli bend of dioctyltin in a composition with soybean oil in an amount of 1-2% by weight and pigments for coloring polyvinyl chloride inorganic, such as titanium dioxide, cadmium selenide, or organic ones such as plastol blue, plastol yellow in the amount of 1-20% by weight. the surface is bonded to the substrate at an elevated temperature. Depending on the type and amount of added softeners, stabilizers and pigments, the paints according to the invention3 112 279 4 can be obtained with a higher or lower gloss and in any colors. Example I. White paint consists of polyvinyl chloride emulsion in an amount of - 45% by weight, softeners in the form of dioctyl phthalate - 33% by weight and chloroparaffin - 6% by weight, stabilizer in the form of dioctyltin bis-octylthioglycolate in a composition with epoxidized soybean oil - 1% by weight, titanium dioxide pigment - 15% by weight. Example II. The yellow color consists of polyvinyl chloride emulsion in the amount - 49% by weight, softeners in the form of diisodecyl phthalate - 28% by weight and chloroparaffin - 12% by weight, stabilizer in the form of lead stearate - 1% by weight and the pigment in the form of yellow shades cadmium - 10% by weight. According to the invention, the paint is abrasion-resistant and allows for an effective, convex print. Patent claim A screen printing ink of any color based on polyvinyl chloride with the addition of softeners, stabilizer and pigments, characterized by the fact that it consists of with 40-60% by weight polyvinyl chloride emulsion, 25-55% by weight polyvinyl chloride softeners, including chloroparaffin 5-15% by weight, and 1-2% by weight polyvinyl chloride stabilizer and 1-20% by weight pigments for coloring polyvinyl chloride. & *. mm (PL
