Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wirnik do sil¬ nika pradu stalego z mozliwoscia wymiany walka w wirniku bez dewastacji uzwojenia elektrycz¬ nego.Zasadnicza wada konstrukcji wirników w silni¬ kach pradu stalego jest to, ze nie zapewnia wy- miennosci walka np. po jego zuzyciu.Wada ta ujawnia sie podczas wyciskania walka, wówczas nastepuje niepozadane przemieszczenie sie komutatora wraz z walkiem. Although it is possible to replace the roller in the rotor, this operation requires the removal of the winding and pressing a new one to perform a re-winding. The above method is costly and inconvenient. The object of the invention is to create such a structure that allows the disassembly and assembly of the rotor, and in particular the replacement of the roller, without damaging the rotor winding. in such a way that the rotor is equipped with sleeves, placed on the shaft between the packet and the commutator. The shaft in the rotor is replaced by a sleeve placed in the area of the rotor winding, which does not allow the commutator to move during the applied pressure for a fight. Thus, when pressing out the worn roll and pressing in a new one, the rotor winding is not exposed to destruction or damage. The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing in an axial section. As shown in the attached drawing, the rotor according to the invention is equipped with sleeves 1 slidably mounted on the shaft 2, with one end resting on the packet 3, the other on the commutator 4.
