KOMODA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komoda przeznaczona do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac komody przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, oryginalnym dekorze na elementach frontowych -j nadajac komodzie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których Fig.l przedstawia schematyczny rysunek komody wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie komody wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie nózki komody Komoda Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Korpus komody stanowia boki, wieniec górny i wieniec dolny, które sa tej samej grubosci. Patrzac na front korpusu komody widoczne sa grube krawedzie boków, wienca górnego i wienca dolnego a takze widoczny jest podzial na trzy równe pionowe czesci. W czesci lewej i prawej zamocowane sa pelne drzwiczki o wysokosci równej wysokosci korpusu komody (minus grubosc wienca górnego i wienca dolnego) a w czesci srodkowej zamocowane sa cztery pelne szuflady o tej samej wielkosci. Szuflady, boki, wieniec górny i wieniec dolny sa tego samego koloru, natomiast drzwiczki sa w kolorze kontrastujacym z pozostalymi elementami komody. Drzwiczki zamocowane sa w ten sposób, ze przednia szeroka plaszczyzna drzwiczek jest zlicowana z krawedziami boków,wienca górnego i wienca dolnego oraz z przednia szeroka plaszczyzna szuflad. Szuflady zamocowane sa w ten sposób, ze przednia szeroka plaszczyzna szuflad jest zlicowana z wiencem górnym i z wiencem dolnym oraz z przednia szeroka plaszczyzna drzwiczek. W drzwiczkach lewych w górnej prawej krawedzi drzwiczek zamocowany jest listwowy uchwyt metalowo-drewniany. W drzwiczkach prawych w górnej lewej krawedzi drzwiczek zamocowany jest listwowy uchwyt metalowo-drewniany. W szufladach na srodku górnej krawedzi szuflad zamocowany jest listwowy uchwyt metalowo-drewniany. Komoda stoi na kilkucentymetrowych nózkach. Nózki maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu. Czesc dolna nózki stykajaca sie bezposrednio z podlozem zakonczona jest metalowa podkladka o tej samej wielkosci co podstawa nózki, która zachodzi na kilka milimetrów na nózke jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3. Górna czesc nózki zakonczona jest metalowa nakladka o wysokosci kilku milimetrów, szerokosci i glebokosci takiej samej jak wysokosci nózki jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3. Zewnetrzne krawedzie komody tj. boki, wieniec górny i dolny a takze szuflady i nózki maja „ostre krawedzie" natomiast krawedzie drzwiczek sa zaoblone. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Komoda Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Korpus komody stanowia boki, wieniec górny i wieniec dolny, które sa tej samej grubosci. Szuflady zamocowane sa w ten sposób, ze przednia szeroka plaszczyzna szuflad jest zlicowana z wiencem górnym i z wiencem dolnym oraz z przednia szeroka plaszczyzna drzwiczek. W drzwiczkach lewych w górnej prawej krawedzi drzwiczek zamocowany jest listwowy uchwyt metalowo-drewniany. W drzwiczkach prawych w górnej lewej krawedzi drzwiczek zamocowany jest listwowy uchwyt metalowo-drewniany. W szufladach na srodku górnej krawedzi szuflad zamocowany jest listwowy uchwyt metalowo-drewniany. Komoda stoi na kilkucentymetrowych nózkach. Nózki maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratu. Czesc dolna nózki stykajaca sie bezposrednio z podlozem zakonczona jest metalowa podkladka o tej samej wielkosci co podstawa nózki, która zachodzi na kilka milimetrów na nózke jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3. Górna czesc nózki zakonczona jest metalowa nakladka o wysokosci kilku milimetrów, szerokosci i glebokosci takiej samej jak wysokosci nózki jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the chest of drawers, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and original decor on the front elements—giving the chest of drawers an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a schematic drawing of the chest of drawers according to the pattern in a perspective view, Fig. 2 presents a photograph of the chest of drawers according to the pattern in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 presents photographs of the chest of drawers' legs. Chests of drawers Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 have the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The body of the chest of drawers consists of sides, a top panel, and a bottom panel, which are all of the same thickness. Looking at the front of the chest of drawers, the thick edges of the sides, top panel, and bottom panel are visible, as well as a division into three equal vertical sections. The left and right sections feature full doors, each with a height equal to the chest of drawers (minus the thickness of the top and bottom panels), while the center section features four full drawers of the same size. The drawers, sides, top panel, and bottom panel are the same color, while the doors are in a contrasting color to the rest of the chest of drawers. The doors are mounted so that the wide front surface of the doors is flush with the edges of the sides, top panel, and bottom panel, as well as the wide front surface of the drawers. The drawers are mounted so that the wide front surface of the drawers is flush with the top panel, bottom panel, and the wide front surface of the doors. The left door features a metal and wooden slatted handle mounted on the upper right edge of the door. On the right door, a metal and wooden slat handle is mounted on the upper left edge of the door. On the drawers, a metal and wooden slat handle is mounted on the center of the drawers' upper edge. The chest of drawers stands on several-centimeter-long legs. The legs are cuboid-shaped with a square base. The lower part of the leg in direct contact with the ground is finished with a metal washer of the same size as the base of the leg, which overlaps the leg by a few millimeters, as shown in Fig. 3. The upper part of the leg is finished with a metal overlay of the height of a few millimeters, width and depth the same as the height of the leg, as shown in Fig. 3. The outer edges of the chest of drawers, i.e. the sides, top and bottom panels, as well as the drawers and legs, have "sharp edges", while the edges of the doors are rounded.
