Description

1 przedstawia fragment mlyna nozowego w pól- widoku z góry, a fig. 2 uchwyt nozowy w przekroju poprzecznym. 2. Known milling mills are used to fix and fasten the knives directly by means of screws, which requires making oblong holes in the knives, and setting the appropriate slot - in depending on the type of material to be shredded - between the fixed and movable knives mounted on the rotor, it is carried out individually for each knife. In these mills the process of replacing the knives is relatively long. There are also known mills manufactured by the German companies CONDUX and ALPINE, in which the knives are constantly pressed directly against the hoes made in the mill's body, which is related to the necessity to maintain their uniform thickness. In other known knife mills manufactured by the company GDR TRUSIOMA, the fixed knives are fixed by wedges in the grooves of the body, the construction of which is labor-intensive and disruptive. The knives used in these known knife mills are characterized by small the possibility of sharpening during their regeneration, which results in the formation of a large amount of scrap from the alloy steel. All these drawbacks and inconveniences have been eliminated in the solution according to the invention in that the body of the knife mill further comprises a rotor on which movable knives are mounted, on both sides in the area where the fixed knives can be clamped, it is provided with a groove, the bottom of which is distant from the axis of rotation by a distance equal to the radius, which is a resistance to the fixed knives during their fixing and fixing in the knife holder. The knife holder consists of a body and a fastening cap. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is a significant shortening of the process of fixing and fastening the knives and a more complete use of the material needed to manufacture the knives. The subject of the invention has been shown in the embodiment example. In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows a fragment of the knife mill in a half-plan view, and Fig. 2 the knife holder in cross-section. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the knife mill according to the invention consists of the base 1 of the rotor 2, on which the movable knives are mounted, and the knife holder fixed to the body 1 by means of screws 3 and nuts 4, consisting of a body 5 equipped with clamping screws 6 and a fastening washer. The fixing of the fixed knives 8 in the knife holder consists in the fact that the position of the knife set 8 together with the spacers 9 is set by means of clamping screws by pushing the ends of the knives to the grooves 10 made in the discs 11 of the mill body 1, and then with the nuts 4 The entire assembly is fixed and pressed on by means of the fastening clip 7. 1129813 112981 4 Patent claims K Knife mill, consisting of a body in which "knives are fixed permanently and movable knives cooperating with them mounted on the rotor mounted in the body, characterized by the fact that in the area of the knives mounting (8J of fixed the body (1), on both sides, is provided with a groove (10), the bottom of which is spaced from the axis of rotation of the rotor (2) by a distance equal to the radius (R), which is a resistance to the knives (8) fixed during their for fixing and fastening in the knife holder. 2. The knife mill according to claim 1, characterized in that the knife holder is formed by a body (5) detachably connected to the mill body (1), provided with threaded holes for clamping screws (6) and a fastening cap (7) .ZGK, order 8786/1110/4/81, 120 Price PLN 45 PL
