Description

There are known electrochemical pulverizers, which are used to treat conductive materials, especially difficult-to-process materials, by electrochemical digestion. In this treatment, it is important to maintain a constant gap between the working electrode (anode) and the workpiece (cathode). In order to keep the gap constant, complicated and expensive electrical systems are used, which keep the gap constant by stabilizing the current or electric voltage. Another method of machining is constant feed machining. The disadvantage of this method is lower efficiency due to the inability to adapt the feed to the actual grinding speed. The object of the invention is to overcome the known drawbacks and inconveniences by developing a new construction of an ecctrochemical grinder, especially for holes. The essence of the invention is that the exposed working electrode is connected to the element slidably placed on the guides, where the element is attached to a string, which rests on a pulley, and a weight is suspended at the other end of the string. The advantage of the draft machine according to the invention is that it allows electrochemical irritation with a fixed gap ensuring high accuracy and efficiency of machining at the same time. Another advantage is the very simple structure and thus the low cost of execution. The advantages also include the ease of controlling the size of the working gap. The subject of the invention is illustrated by an example embodiment in the drawing, which shows the grater in a side view. The grater is built in the form of guides 1, on which the element 2 is slidably placed, with which the rod 3 passing through the pulley 4 is connected. At the other end of the cord, a weight 5 is suspended. The element 2 is connected to the exposed working electrode 6. In the insulated from the element 2 In the tub 7, a workpiece 8 is placed, which is connected to the negative pole of the current source 9. The element 2 is connected to the positive pole of the current source 9. To the electrode 6 through the element 2 a flexible tube 10 is supplied under a specific pressure of the pump not shown in the drawing, electrolyte 11. Excess 113174, the electrolyte is drained from the basin 7 through a drain 12 to a reservoir not shown in the drawing. According to the invention, according to the invention, there is an automatic feed of the electrode 6 behind the workpiece 8. The movement of the pump is caused by a certain pressure, which is balanced by the pressure of the electrolyte 10 emanating from the working electrode 6. The change of the working gap is achieved by changing the load 5, which is caused by the cable 3 by changing the pressure of the electrode. 6 Patent claim Electrochemical pulverizer, especially to holes with electrolyte supply under pressure through the working electrode, characterized in that the exposed working electrode (6) is connected to the element (2) slidably placed on the guides (1) with the element (2) a tie rod (3) is attached that rests on a pulley (4), and a weight (5) is suspended from the other end of the tie rod (3).
