Etykieta opakowania Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowywania. W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowej szacie graficznej. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania w widoku z góry, na której fig. 1- przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania, fig. 3- trzecia odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania. Etykieta opakowania, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze górna czesc etykiety jest ciemno-zielonego koloru z jasniejszym przebarwieniem w czesci srodkowej a na niej jest usytuowany ciemno-zielony czworobok z przebarwieniem w czesci srodkowej, odpowiadajacy przebarwieniu górnej czesci etykiety. Górny i boczne boki czworoboku sa proste i równolegle do krawedzi bocznych etykiety opakowania a dolny bok posiada sinusoidalne wygiecia odpowiadajace górnej krawedzi pojemnika kremowej masy. Boczne krawedzie czworoboku sa biale, powodujac wrazenie optyczne jakby czworobok znajdowal sie ponad etykieta. W czesci dolnej etykiety po prawej stronie jest umieszczona w pojemniku z kremowa masa z zanurzona w niej lyzeczce srebrnego koloru, a po lewej stronie sa przedstawione dodatki smakowe znajdujace sie wewnatrz opakowania. Ponadto, krawedz zewnetrzna etykiety opakowania jest dopasowana do krawedzi górnej opakowania i posiada jeden kat zblizony do prostego, pozostale ma sciete po luku. W pierwszym wariancie wykonania, w dolnej czesci etykiety opakowania, po lewej stronie przedstawiony jest zólto-kremowy kwiat wanilii z zielonymi listkami i brazowymi laskami wanilii a kremowa masa jest w kolorze kremowo-zóltym.W drugim wariancie wykonania, w dolnej czesci etykiety opakowania, po lewej stronie przedstawione sa ciemno-granatowe suszone sliwki ulozone na zielonych listkach a kremowa masa jest w kolorze kremowo-bezowym. W trzecim wariancie wykonania, w dolnej czesci etykiety opakowania, po lewej stronie przedstawione sa czerwone truskawki z zielonymi szypulkami a kremowa masa jest w kolorze kremowo-rózowym. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze górna czesc etykiety jest ciemno-zielonego koloru z jasniejszym przebarwieniem w czesci srodkowej a na niej jest usytuowany ciemno-zielony czworobok z przebarwieniem w czesci srodkowej, odpowiadajacy przebarwieniu górnej czesci etykiety. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging label based on the design is distinguished by its new form, manifested in a new graphic layout. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a top view of the packaging label. Fig. 1 shows the first version of the packaging label, Fig. 2 the second version of the packaging label, and Fig. 3 the third version of the packaging label. The packaging label based on the industrial design is characterized by a dark green upper portion with a lighter discoloration in the center, and a dark green quadrilateral with a discoloration in the center, corresponding to the discoloration of the upper portion of the label. The top and side edges of the rectangle are straight and parallel to the side edges of the packaging label, while the bottom edge has sinusoidal curves corresponding to the top edge of the cream filling container. The side edges of the rectangle are white, creating the optical impression that the rectangle is above the label. The lower part of the label, on the right, shows a container of cream filling with a silver spoon dipped in it, while the left side shows the flavorings inside the package. Furthermore, the outer edge of the package label is aligned with the top edge of the package, with one angle nearly 90°, while the remaining edges are beveled. In the first design, the lower part of the packaging label depicts a creamy-yellow vanilla flower with green leaves and brown vanilla pods on the left side, and the creamy filling is creamy-yellow. In the second design, the lower part of the packaging label depicts dark navy blue dried plums on green leaves on the left side, and the creamy filling is creamy-beige. In the third design, the lower part of the packaging label depicts red strawberries with green stems on the left side, and the creamy filling is creamy-pink. The essential features of the industrial design in question are that the upper part of the label is dark green with a lighter discoloration in the center, and on it is a dark green quadrilateral with a discoloration in the center, corresponding to the discoloration of the upper part of the label. The top and side edges of the rectangle are straight and parallel to the side edges of the packaging label, while the bottom edge has sinusoidal bends corresponding to the top edge of the creamy mass container. The side edges of the rectangle are white, creating the optical impression that the rectangle is above the label. The lower right side of the label shows the creamy mass in the container with a silver spoon dipped in it, while the left side shows the flavorings inside the package. Furthermore, the outer edge of the package label is aligned with the top edge of the package, with one angle nearly 90°, while the remaining edges are cut in arcs, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-3. In the first embodiment, in the lower part of the packaging label, on the left side there is a yellow-cream vanilla flower with green leaves and brown vanilla pods, and the creamy mass is creamy-yellow, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1. In the second embodiment, in the lower part of the packaging label, on the left side there are dark navy blue dried plums placed on green leaves, and the creamy mass is creamy-beige, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 2.
