Stojak ekspozycyjny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak ekspozycyjny okularów przeznaczonych do sprzedazy, jak równiez na potrzeby wystawiennicze do ekspozycji nowosci. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest konstrukcja stojaka ekspozycyjnego zapewniajaca pewna i stabilna prezentacje sprzedawanych okularów z mozliwoscia swobodnego dojscia i latwego dokonania okreslonego wyboru, z równoczesnym zapewnieniem wyeliminowania mozliwosci niekontrolowanego wyjmowania okularów ze stojaka, który obok walorów uzytkowych, zawiera wysokie walory estetyczne, charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego, komponujac stylowo z otoczeniem, w którym jest uzytkowany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, w którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny od czola z jednej strony stojaka ekspozycyjnego, fig. 2 — widok boczny na zblizeniu fragmentu stojak a ekspozycyjnego, fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny z góry stojaka ekspozycyjnego. Stojak ekspozycyjny ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera obrotowo posadowiona w podstawie plytowa nosna konstrukcje, do której, najkorzystniej po obu stronach symetrycznie, zamocowane saosadcze rury z polaczonymi do nich w osi poprzecznej ceownikami, w których z jednej strony osadzone sa stale dolne elementy uchwytu, zas z drugiej strony, przesuwne górne elementy uchwytu. Przesuw dokonuje sie o skok zapewniajacy swobodne wyjecie okularów. Po wyjeciu okularów, uchwyty sa zamykane poprzez zetkniecie sie konców dolnego i górnego elementu uchwytu.Calosc zablokowana jest specjalnym zamkiem. W plytowej nosnej konstrukcji, w plaszczyznach uchwytów wykonane sa z obu stron przelotowe otwory pod umieszczane w nich konce ramion okularów osadzanych w uchwytach, jak uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. PL PLThe industrial design is for a display stand for eyewear intended for sale, as well as for exhibition purposes to showcase new products. The essence of the industrial design is the display stand's design, which ensures a secure and stable presentation of the eyewear being sold, with easy access and selection, while simultaneously eliminating the possibility of uncontrolled removal of the glasses from the stand. In addition to its functional qualities, the stand possesses high aesthetic values characteristic of industrial design, stylishly blending with the surroundings in which it is used. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of one side of the display stand, Fig. 2 shows a side view of a close-up of a fragment of the display stand, and Fig. 3 shows a perspective view from above of the display stand. The display stand has essential industrial design features, characterized by a pivotally mounted plate-based support structure, preferably symmetrically mounted on both sides by adjacent tubes with C-profiles connected to them along the transverse axis. These tubes hold fixed lower holder elements on one side and slidable upper holder elements on the other. The slide is achieved by a step that allows for easy removal of the glasses. After removing the glasses, the holders are closed by contact between the ends of the lower and upper holder elements. The entire assembly is locked with a special lock. The plate-based support structure, in the planes of the holders, has through holes on both sides for inserting the ends of the arms of the glasses mounted in the holders, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
