Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest gwintownik wygniataja¬ cy o korygowanym skoku gwintu, którego zadaniemjest plastyczne ksztaltowanie gwintów wewnetrznych.Dotychczas znane gwintowniki do plastycznego kszta£ towania gwintów wewnetrznych posiadaja najczesciej robocza czesc w postaci stozka wygniatajacego i walca kalibrujacego o podstawie graniastej lub kolowej. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny gwintownika wygniatajacego, a fig. 2 frag¬ ment przekroju osiowego tego gwintownika.Gwintownik wygniatajacy sklada sie z czesci roboczej 1 i czesci chwytowej 2. FlqA Fig. Z Prac. Poligraf. UP PRL naklad 120+18 Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a threading tap with a corrected thread pitch, whose task is plastic forming of internal threads. Previously known taps for plastic forming of internal threads most often have a working part in the form of a kneading cone and a calibrating roller with an angular or circular base. These taps on the working part have a thread contour made in such a way that at the transition of the cylindrical part to the conical part, the pitch measured between the thread tips varies. The variability of the thread pitch in the transition zone causes that during the shaping of the material layers with such a tool, there is an unsymmetrical load on individual threads. The transition thread works only on one side. The disadvantage of the so far used embossing taps is that they have a variable pitch between the tips of the thread, which is the main reason for the breakage of the last threads of the forming part. This is mitigated by the design of the forming tap according to the patent CSRS No. 114 776, where the bending part is made with a parabolic contour. Indeed, there are known descriptions of solutions that predict the conformity of the tap pitch with the pitch of the thread to be made, measured between the thread peaks along the axis, where mention is made of the possibility of obtaining this by varying the thread pitch (German Patent No. 1,148,127), however, these methods can be applied to multi-knife type tools. It is not completely solved to design a thread that would meet these conditions. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above-described defect of taps by developing a new tool design. According to the invention, the tap tap has an intermediate cone with a smaller angle at the point of penetration of the tapered and cylindrical parts. , and on this cone there is the bottom of the thread thread groove with a greater pitch, which allows to maintain a constant value of the pitch between the thread tips along the axis of the tool. The advantage of the forming tap, according to the invention, is that during the pressing of the material layers a symmetrical load of the thread occurs The subject of the invention is explained in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the forming tap, and Fig. 2 shows a fragment of the axial section of this tap. The kneading tap consists of parts working 1 and the gripping part 2. At the point of penetration of the cylindrical part 4 and the conical part 3 with the entering angle 8, a thread roll with a greater pitch 7 is made in such a way that its bottom of the groove is placed on the intermediate cone 5 with a smaller angle 9. Scale 6 measured between the heads of the thread of the tool has a constant value over the entire length of the working part 1.3 113519 4 Patent claim Forming tap with a threaded working part containing a kneading cone and a sizing roller, characterized by the fact that at the point where the cylindrical part (4) and the conical part ( 3) with the entering angle (8), has an intermediate cone (5) with a smaller angle (9), and on this cone there is the bottom of the thread thread groove with a greater pitch (7), which allows to maintain a constant value of the scale (6) between the peaks thread along the axis of the tool.
