Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów ozdobnych, które stanowia wyjecie w ksztalcie wycinka kola o zmiennej glebokosci wykonane w górnej czesci tego frontu oraz umieszczony w nim uchwyt profilowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-14, na których fig. 1 i 4 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane frontu szuflady meblowej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 i 9 — druga odmiane frontu drzwiczek szafki meblowej o prostokatnym zarysie zewnetrznym w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 i 12 - trzecia odmiane frontu drzwiczek szafki meblowej o kwadratowym zarysie zewnetrznym w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - front szuflady pokazany na fig. 1 i 4 w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - ten sam front w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - front pokazany na fig. 4, 9 i 12 w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B- B, fig. 8 - front pokazany na fig. 4, 9 i 12 w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 10 - front pokazany na fig. 2 i 9 w widoku z boku, fig. 11- ten sam front w widoku z góiy, fig. 13 - front pokazany na fig. 3 i 13 w widoku z boku, a fig. 14 - ten sam front w widoku z góry. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunkach fig. 1-14 wszystkie odmiany frontu szuflady i drzwiczek szafek meblowych maja ksztalt plyt prostopadlosciennych, które na górnych dluzszych ich bokach oraz na scianie frontowej maja usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem ich scian bocznych wybranie posiadajace w widoku z przodu zarys bedacy wycinkiem kola oraz zmiennajego glebokosc, zmniejszajaca sie od dluzszego górnego boku w kierunku obwodu kolowego. W wybraniu tym znajduje sie profilowy uchwyt meblowy, którego górny prosty bok zlicowany jest z górnym bokiem górnej sciany frontowej i jego wybraniem,a boczne lukowe elementy tego uchwytu przylegaja do obwodu kolowego wybrania, przy czym dolne konce bocznych lukowych elementów uchwytu polaczone sa ze soba od spodu elementem lukowym z wypukloscia skierowana w kierunku górnego boku z wybraniami. Ponadto srodkowa czesc uchwytu jest wyprofilowana, tak, ze wznosi sie ona ponad powierzchnie dolnej sciany frontowej, a boczne jej czesci sazlicowane ze sciana frontowa, co powoduje, ze pomiedzy dolna powierzchnia uchwytu i górna powierzchnia wybrania utworzona jest szczelina jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 7 i 8. The subject of the industrial design is the drawer and door fronts of furniture elements such as cabinets, chests of drawers, shelves, display cabinets, bar cabinets, sideboards, dressing tables, and tables, all part of a living room, kitchen, and bedroom furniture set. The new and unique character of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the decorative elements, which consist of a circular recess with variable depth, carved into the upper part of the front, and a profile handle positioned within it. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-14, in which fig. 1 and 4 show the first variant of the furniture drawer front in a front view, fig. 2 and 9 - the second variant of the furniture cabinet door front with a rectangular external outline in a front view, fig. 3 and 12 - the third variant of the furniture cabinet door front with a square external outline in a front view, fig. 5 - the drawer front shown in fig. 1 and 4 in a side view, fig. 6 - the same front in a top view, fig. 7 - the front shown in fig. 4, 9 and 12 in a vertical section along the line B-B, fig. 8 - the front shown in fig. 4, 9 and 12 in a vertical section along the line A-A, fig. 10 - the front shown in fig. 2 and 9 in a side view, fig. 11 - the same front in a top view, fig. 13 - the front shown in figs. 3 and 13 in a side view, and fig. 14 - the same front in a top view. As shown in figures 1-14, all variants of drawer fronts and cabinet doors have the shape of cuboid panels, which on their upper longer sides and on the front wall have a recess located symmetrically in relation to their side walls. In the front view, the outline is a segment of a circle and its variable depth, decreasing from the longer upper side towards the circular circumference. In this recess there is a profile furniture handle, the upper straight side of which is flush with the upper side of the upper front wall and its recess, and the side arc elements of this handle adhere to the circumference of the circular recess, wherein the lower ends of the side arc elements of the handle are connected to each other from below by an arc element with a convexity directed towards the upper side with the recesses. Furthermore, the central part of the handle is profiled so that it rises above the surface of the lower front wall, and its side parts are flush with the front wall, which causes a gap to be created between the lower surface of the handle and the upper surface of the recess as shown in figures 7 and 8. Essential features of the industrial design of the drawer and door front of furniture elements having the shape of a cuboidal board made of wood, MDF or a wood-based material shown in figures 1-14 are characterized in that: - it has the shape of a cuboidal board, which on its upper longer sides and on the front wall has a recess located symmetrically in relation to its side wall, having in the front view an outline being a segment of a circle and its variable depth, decreasing from the longer upper side towards the circular circumference; - in this recess there is a profiled furniture handle, the upper straight side of which is flush with the upper side of the upper front wall and its recess, and the side arc elements of this handle adhere to the circumference of the circular recess, wherein the lower ends of the side arc elements of the handle are connected to each other from below by an arc element with a convexity directed towards the upper side with recesses, while the central part of the handle is profiled so that it rises above the surface of the lower front wall, and its side parts are flush with the front wall, which causes that a gap is created between the lower surface of the handle and the upper surface of the recess as shown in figures 7 and 8.
