Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojemnika oraz ukladzie linii, które tworza zdobienia pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, zas fig.2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry. Pojemnik znicza nagrobnego wedlug wzoru sklada sie z korpusu z cylindrycznym zwienczeniem górnym oraz cylindrycznym zwienczeniem dolnym, i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do walca, przy czym na pobocznicy walca umieszczono powtarzajace sie na przemian motywy zdobienia, z których jeden ma postac uwypuklonego krzyza, zas drugi ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, natomiast u dolu i u góry korpus posiada dodatkowo wypukle pierscienie, jak pokazano na fig.1 oraz fig.2. The subject of the industrial design is a grave lantern container, particularly a candle lantern. The essence of the design is the novel form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the arrangement of lines that create the container's decorations. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the container from above. The grave lantern container, according to the design, consists of a body with a cylindrical top and a cylindrical bottom. It is characterized by a body with a cylinder-like shape, with alternating repeating decorative motifs on the cylinder's side. One is in the form of a raised cross, while the other is rectangular in shape. The body also has convex rings at the top and bottom, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Essential features of the design: The body of the grave candle container has a cylinder-like shape, with the cylinder's side bearing alternating decorative motifs, one of which has the form of a raised cross, the other has a rectangle-like shape, and the body has additional convex rings at the top and bottom.
