Blat oczkownicy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blat oczkownicy, przeznaczony do laczenia dokumentów w sposób trwaly. Blat znajduje zastosowanie w notariatach, w sadach, w urzedach i w wielu innych instytucjach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, wyrózniajaca sie indywidualnym charakterem postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture. Blat oczkownicy, do trwalego laczenia dokumentów jest wykonany metalu i z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej blat w widoku perspektywicznym. W narozach plyty 1 sa wykonane lukowo wyprofilowane wyciecia 4 umozliwiajace trwale lacznie arkuszy w narozach. Wzdluz jednej dluzszej krawedzi w plycie 1 sa wykonane wyciecia 5 rozmieszczone w standardowej odleglosci, odpowiadajacej odleglosci pomiedzy wystepami dziurkacza biurowego. PPHU „ASPOL" Pelnomocnik:Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for an eyeleting machine, designed for permanently connecting documents. The machine is used in notarial offices, courts, public offices, and many other institutions. The essence of the design is a new, distinctive, individualized form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and structure. The eyeleting machine, designed for permanently connecting documents, is made of metal and plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the machine in perspective. The design is also illustrated in the drawing, Fig. 2, showing the machine with documents placed on it, permanently connected using rivets. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and drawing, Fig. 2, include that the eyeleting machine's top is a rectangular board 1 with edges 2 bent upward at an angle, supported by legs 3. The dimensions of the top correspond to the standard dimensions of a document sheet. The corners of board 1 have arc-shaped cutouts 4, enabling the sheets to be permanently joined at the corners. Along one of the longer edges of board 1, cutouts 5 are made, spaced at a standard distance, corresponding to the distance between the protrusions of an office hole punch. The longer edge of board 1, on the opposite side, has cutouts 5 spaced at equal intervals, corresponding to the standard distances in a document sleeve. The width and depth of the cutouts 5 in the panel 1 on both sides of the longer edges are matched to the width of the eyelet, which is used to make holes in the documents. Rivets 6 are placed in the holes made and then the rivets 6 are clamped on the stack of documents, connecting them together permanently. PPHU "ASPOL" Representative: Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
