Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad izolacji elektry¬ cznej wrzecion obrabiarek.Dotychczas znane uklady izolacji elektrycznej wrze¬ cion obrabiarek najczesciej posiadaja izolator elektry¬ czny umieszczony w gniezdzie wrzeciona, sluzacego do mocowania narzedzia lub przedmiotu obarabianego.Gniazdo to ma na ogólmak wymiary,stad tezna izolator dzialaja duze naciski jednostkowe powodujace szybkie uszkodzenie izolatora.Celem wynalazku jest usuniecie znanych wad i niedo¬ godnosci przez opracowanie ukladu izolacji elektrycznej wrzecion obrabiarek, zwlaszcza elektrochemicznych.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze izolator elektry¬ czny posiadajacy dostateczna sztywnosc i cechy geome¬ tryczne plaskiej plyty lub listew jest umieszczony pomiedzy wrzeciennikiem mieszczacym wrzeciono a suportem obrabiarki i jest przykrecony do korpusu i wrzecieimika za pomoca srub oraz ustalony za pomoca kolków zabezpieczonych przed przypadkowym zwar¬ ciem zapomoca podkladek izolacyjnych znajdujacych sie w specjalnych wglebieniach izolatora.Zaleta techniczna ukladu izolacji elektrycznej wrze¬ cion obrabiarek jest to, ze charakteryzuje sie duza pro¬ stota konstrukcji oraz duza sztywnoscia polaczenia mechanicznego przejawiajaca sie wdlugotrwalym utrzy¬ maniu dokladnosci ruchowej wrzeciona.Przedmiot wynalazku jest objasniony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym przedstawiono uklad izolacji elektrycznej wrzecion obrabiarek w przekroju przez izolator. W omawianym wynalazku izolator elek¬ tryczny 1 znajduje sie pomiedzy wrzeciennikiem 2 mie¬ szczacym wrzeciono 3a ruchomym suportem obrabiarki 4. Previously known systems of electrical insulation of machine tools spindles usually have an electric insulator placed in the spindle seat, used to fix the tool or workpiece. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the known drawbacks and inconveniences by developing an electrical insulation system for machine tool spindles, especially electrochemical ones. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that an electrical insulator having sufficient stiffness and geometric features of a flat plate or strips is placed between the headstock housing the spindle and the support of the machine tool, and is screwed to the body and paddle by means of screws and fixed with pins secured against accidental short-circuit by means of insulating washers located in special acc. The technical advantage of the electrical insulation system of machine tools spindles is that it is characterized by a high structure simplicity and high rigidity of the mechanical connection, manifested in the long-term maintenance of the spindle movement accuracy. The subject of the invention is explained in the example of the implementation in the drawing, in which shows the electrical insulation system of machine tool spindles in a cross-section through an insulator. In the present invention, the electric insulator 1 is located between the headstock 2, which holds the spindle 3a and the movable support of the machine tool 4. The insulator has geometric features of a flat plate or flat strips, which enable their fastening to the body of the support 4 by means of screws 5 and fixing by means of pins 6 and fasten the headstock body 2 to the insulator 1 by means of bolts 7 and fix it by means of pins f. In the insulator 1 there are cavities enabling the insertion of insulating washers 9 protecting against electric short circuit in case of displacement of the latching pins 6 or 8.
