Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu najczesciej wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie wód toaletowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz nazalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku od czola, natomiast fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona u góry w nagwintowana szyjke. Jest ona uksztaltowana w formie bryly zblizonej do prostopadloscianu z bokami na koncach, po obu stronach symetrycznie zwezonych. W widoku od spodu butelka ma zarys prostokata z symetrycznie rozmieszczonymi na wszystkich narozach wycieciami. Scianki pomiedzy szersza czescia butelki a wezsza czescia butelki sa sciete ukosnie, tworzac posrodku obu stron butelki wypuklosci dla umieszczania etykiet. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since March 1, 2000. The design is a bottle, most often used in the packaging of cosmetic products, particularly eau de toilette. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective, and in the attached drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. In accordance with the design, the bottle is equipped with a threaded neck at the top. This neck is shaped like a rectangular shape with symmetrically tapered sides at both ends. Viewed from the bottom, the bottle has a rectangular shape with symmetrically placed cutouts on all corners. The walls between the wider part of the bottle and the narrower part are cut diagonally, creating bulges in the center of both sides of the bottle for label placement. PL PL PL
