Urzadzenie to nie przewiduje mozliwosci wykonania operacji na kilku drutach jednoczesnie co równiez ogranicza wydajnosc.Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie wymienionych niedogodnosci i opracowanie urzadzenia do jedno¬ czesnego ciecia i splaszczania drutu.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze walce zaopatrzone sa we wkladki o powierzchniach roboczych stano¬ wiacych odwzorowanie plaszczonego elementu, które to wkladki usytuowane sa symetrycznie wzdluz osi po¬ przecznej. Wkladki te osadzone sa na calej dlugosci, wzdluz tworzacej walca. Wkladki osadzone na jednym z walców zaopatrzone sa w wystepy zawierajace ostre krawedzie usytuowane wzdluz wkladek. UP PAL naklad 120+18 Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a device for cutting and flattening wires, intended for the production of, for example, details of the frame of umbrellas, screwdrivers, as well as for cutting and flattening rods and pipes. The device known from Polish patent description No. 36601 for the simultaneous straightening and cutting of metal rods consists of a set three pairs of rolls arranged in a tandem with a groove along the periphery which act as wire guides. The pairs of rolls are arranged in the following order: pull and eject rollers, rollers regulating the constant cutting length and cutting rollers equipped with cutting knives. The disadvantage of this device is that it makes it impossible to perform the operation of cutting several wires simultaneously, moreover, the flattening requires the use of additional devices and the operation of fixing lengths and cutting are performed with a large number of rolls. Also known from the British patent specification No. 1,514,868 is a device for sharpening the ends of the wire, consisting of two rollers arranged one above the other. These rolls have wire guiding grooves along the periphery and a slot of decreasing cross section for sharpening the wire. The device has a hydraulic system, which is connected to the rollers through a gear transmission, ensuring the reversing movement of the roll set. The main disadvantage of this device is the fact that it makes it impossible to perform the operation in a continuous manner and also does not cut the wire without additional action. This device does not provide for the possibility of performing operations on several wires at the same time, which also limits the efficiency. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences and to develop a device for simultaneous cutting and flattening of the wire. The essence of the invention is that the rolls are provided with inserts with working surfaces. Which is a representation of a layered piece, the inserts being symmetrically situated along the transverse axis. These inserts are embedded in their entire length along the forming cylinder. The inserts mounted on one of the rollers are provided with protrusions containing sharp edges located along the inserts. The length of the grooves between the individual inserts is equal to the length of the untreated part of the wires and the distance along the axis obojet-2 ¦ ¦ ¦ 114 524 of the grooves between the sharp edges of the inserts is equal, without taking into account the elongation, to the length of the finished elements leaving the device. The remaining part of the circumference of the roller is the plane that coats the wires. The wire cut and flattener according to the invention is characterized by high efficiency and straight construction. The wire cut and flattener according to the invention is illustrated in the example of the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows the device in cross-section and fig. 2 shows a view along the generatrix of the cylinder. The device consists of two rollers 1, 2 which have grooves 3 along the circumference for guiding the wire and setting its length. The profile of the grooves is selected so that the wire is guided without slippage. The inserts 4, 5 are located on the circumference of the rolls along their generatrix. The inserts 4 have a flattering plane and a sharp wire cutting edge. The 5 inserts only have a flattering surface. The circumference of the roller and the number of inserts depends on the length of the cut and flattened wires. The rollers 1, 2, driven by a known arrangement, lead through the grooves 3 wires without skidding until the inserts 4, 5 start to flatten them. Then, after the roller has moved over the flattening section, the wire is cut using the sharp edge of the insert 4, followed by flattening again and then guiding the wires. The presented cycle is repeated during one revolution of the roller 1, 2 as many times as there are inserts on the circumference of the roller. Patent claims 1. A device for cutting and flattening the wire consisting of two rollers provided with grooves situated on the circumference, characterized by the fact that the rollers (1, 2) are provided with inserts (4, 5) with a working surface representing the element of the coat, arranged symmetrically along the transverse axis of the rollers (1, 2), with the inserts (4, 5) on the entire length of these rollers, and additionally mounted on one of the of the rollers (1), the inserts (4) are provided with protrusions having sharp edges located along the inserts (4, 5). 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the length of the grooves (3) between the individual inserts (4, 5) is equal to the unprocessed part of the wires and the distance along the neutral axis of the grooves (3) between the sharp edges of the projections is equal, without taking into account the elongation, the length of the finished elements, leaving the device, while the remaining part of the circumference of the roller (1, 2) is a plane flattening the wires.
