Bombonierka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bombonierka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe czekoladek o róznych smakach i ksztaltach. Bombonierka moze tez byc wykorzystywana do pakowania innych porcji slodyczy oraz bakalii a takze drobnych upominków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Bombonierka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z usztywnionego papieru, z kartonu, z folii, z tworzyw sztucznych i z metalu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, , fig.l - ilustrujacym opakowanie w widoku ogólnym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal pokazany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - przedstawiajacej bombonierke w widoku perspektywicznym. Szufladke 2 stanowi obudowa 2 wraz z tacka 4 z wglebieniami £ na czekoladki. Kazda szufladka 2 od czola jest wyposazona posrodku w otwór 6 umozliwiajacy je j wysuwanie.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a chocolate box, used as individual packaging for chocolates in various flavors and shapes. The box can also be used to package other portions of sweets and dried fruit, as well as small gifts. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The box can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stiffened paper, cardboard, foil, plastic, or metal. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, which illustrates the packaging from a general view. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, which shows the box from a perspective view. Significant features of the industrial design include the fact that the chocolate box is a cuboid box 1, with drawers 2 stacked one on top of the other. Drawer 2 consists of a housing 2 and a tray 4 with recesses £ for chocolates. Each drawer 2 is equipped with a hole 6 in the center at the front, allowing it to be pulled out. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
