Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad napedowy mieszal¬ nika umozliwiajacy pomiar momentu obrotowego na wale mieszalnika.Znane ukbdy napedowe mieszalników sawyposazone w silnik elektryczny i przekladnie mechaniczna laczaca silnik z walem mieszalnika, przy czym na wale mieszal¬ nika osadzony jest tylko jeden z elementów przekladni, najczesciej kolo pasowe lub slimakowe, zas pozostale elementy' przekbdni wraz z silnikiem sa przymocowane do kolumny mieszalnika. Pomiar momentu obrotowego na wale mieszalnika dokonywany jest posrednio przez pomiar mocy zuzywanej przezsilnik elektryczny. Measurement of the torque on the mixer shaft is done indirectly by measuring the power consumed by the electric motor. This measurement requires complicated electrical equipment, and besides, it is subject to an error resulting from the lack of knowledge of the efficiency of individual units forming part of the kinematic chain. The drive system of the mixer, according to the invention, is equipped with an electric motor and mechanical gear, with the gear mounted on the shaft the mixer, and an electric motor and a known torque system connecting it to the mixer column are attached to its housing. The reaction torque is measured, which is equal to the torque on the mixer shaft. Depending on the magnitude of the reaction torque, a proportional deflection of the dynamometric system takes place, which makes it possible to directly measure the rotary torque on the mixer shaft.
