Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 element budowlany charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonany jest przez wylanie plynnego betonu do formy z uksztaltowana od wewnatrz fantazyjnie powierzchnia, a po wyschnieciu betonu, powstaje tylna sciana elementu budowlanego z nowa faktura powierzchni w postaci regularnie usytuowanych nadlewów w formie kwadratów ulozonych wzajemnie do siebie ukosnie, a ponadto na kazdym kwadratowym nadlewie znajduje sie fantazyjnie uksztaltowana powierzchnia w postaci nieregularnych wybrzuszen w formie zylek stanowiacych odzwierciedlenie powierzchni odlewniczej formy. Element budowlany charakteryzuja nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - istnienie wykonanej z betonu plyty zelbetowej wylanej w formie z uksztaltowana od wewnatrz fantazyjnie powierzchnia, - istnienie tylnej sciany, po wyschnieciu wylanego betonu do formy, z nowa faktura powierzchni w postaci regularnie usytuowanych nadlewów w formie kwadratów ulozonych wzajemnie do siebie ukosnie,- istnienie w kazdym kwadratowym nadlewie fantazyjnie uksztaltowanych powierzchni w postaci nieregularnych wybrzuszen w formie zylek stanowiacych odzwierciedlenie lub odbicie odlewniczej formy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig. 2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLA building element as the back wall of a noise barrier. The subject of the industrial design is a building element constituting the back wall of a noise barrier with a profiled facade on one of its surfaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the building element constituting the back wall of the noise barrier, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the building element, on one of its surfaces, a unique and original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the building element in a general side view, and Fig. 2 shows the building element in a general top view. In accordance with the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the building element is characterized in that it is made by pouring liquid concrete into a mold with a fancifully shaped surface on the inside, and after the concrete dries, the rear wall of the building element is created with a new surface texture in the form of regularly located risers in the form of squares arranged diagonally to each other, and in addition, on each square riser there is a fancifully shaped surface in the form of irregular bulges in the form of veins which are a reflection of the surface of the casting mold. The construction element is characterized by the following essential features of an industrial design: - the existence of a reinforced concrete slab poured in a form with a fancifully shaped surface on the inside, - the existence of a back wall, after the concrete poured into the form has dried, with a new surface texture in the form of regularly arranged risers in the form of squares arranged diagonally to each other, - the existence in each square riser of fancifully shaped surfaces in the form of irregular bulges in the form of veins constituting a reflection or reflection of the casting form, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
