Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Do jednego z boków przylega maly walec który znajduje sie na srodku wiekszego. Z kolei w centralnej czesci malego walca umieszczony jest element ozdobny imitujacy kamien szlachetny. Takie zestawienie tych elementów sprawia, iz swieca ma interesujacy i wysublimowany ksztalt. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy GLAMOUR wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny i niespotykany ksztalt sprawia, ze swieca GLAMOUR ma jedyny, niepowtarzalny w swoim rodzaju wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design is a candle with a fairly regular shape, consisting of a single, specific figure called GLAMOUR. The industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifesting itself in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view, FIG. 2 shows the candle from the side, FIG. 3 shows the candle from the front, and FIG. 4 shows the candle in perspective. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A distinctive feature of the new design is that it consists of two cylindrical figures. The larger figure has a truncated lower part, creating a base. A small cylinder, located in the center of the larger figure, adjoins one of its sides. In turn, a decorative element imitating a gemstone is placed in the center of the small cylinder. This combination of elements gives the candle an interesting and sophisticated shape. The essential features of the GLAMOUR candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. This distinctive and unique shape gives the GLAMOUR candle a unique and unrepeatable appearance.
