Fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w rzucie poziomym,, fig. 2 — w przekroju poprzecz¬ nym, fig. 3 — odmienne wykonanie w prze¬ kroju poprzecznym, fig. 4 i 5 — szczegó¬ ly, a fig. Powierzchnia gladzaca moze byc rów¬ niez cylindryczna (fig. 6), przyczem kana¬ ly umieszczone sa w przyblizeniu w kie¬ runku tworzacej bebna, sa jednak zawsze nieco nachylone w strone bebna. Po¬ wierzchnie gladzaca moze równiez tworzyc wewnetrzna powierzchnia próznego cylin¬ dra, lub tez powierzchnia gladzaca moze byc stala, podczas igdy ziarna obracaja sie wraz z kanalami. Powierzchnie gla¬ dzaca mozna zaopatrzyc w rowki, odpo¬ wiadajace ziarnkom i zastosowane wspól- srodkowo, w linji spiralnej lub srubowej (fi*. 1-3).Leje 2 wraz z kanalami 3 moga byc za¬ stosowane w wiekszej ilosci naokolo ob¬ wodu krazka, przyczem w przestrzeniach pomiedzy grupami tych urzadzen lub po¬ nad kazdem urzadzeniem moga byc umie¬ szczone narzady ssace powietrze, czem osiaga sie dobre przewietrzanie i dogodne odprowadzanie lusek. PLKI. 50 and 3. In the hitherto known gliders and crushers, in which the grains are hulled between the fixed and the movable disc, these discs are also operated by a spring. On these smoothing machines, individual grains are treated unevenly because their path between the discs is varied, and there is a useless friction between the grains, which consumes a lot of force. It is also known to pass the treated material through channels whose cross section corresponds to that of the grains. The present invention consists in the fact that one wall of the channel is the surface of the treading device (disc or drum). In known devices of this type, where the grains are guided through the channels, the cells for the individual grains are closed and applied perpendicular to the the smoothing surface, so that the grains hit these surfaces with their ends. The figure shows a schematic example of an embodiment of the invention. 1 shows a plan view, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional alternative, FIG. 4 and 5 are detailed, and FIG. 6 is a view of a further alternative In the embodiment according to Figs. 1 and 2, the number 1 stands for the horizontal tracing disc, and the number 2 stands for the funnel, the lower part of which is divided by walls into compartments approximately in the direction of the radii of the disc 1 and connected to the channels 3, arranged equally in the direction of the radii of the disc 1. The cover and the side walls of the channels 3 are fixed, while the lower wall forms the upper surface of the disc 1. The cross-section of the channels 3 allows only (the grain is guided one after the other (Fig. 4). The funnel together with the kknala form a uniform whole, which can be shifted in relation to the disc in the direction of its radii or it can rotate about the perpendicular axis towards the stroking surface. Adjustment in the radial direction enables the grain paths to be changed. on which the surface acts on them and the gliding disc while the funnel rotates the angle between the directions of the channels and the direction of rotation of the disc, and thus also the friction shifting the veins in the channels. In this way, the smoothing action can be varied. In addition, it is possible to regulate the pressure of each grain on the smoothing surface, this is achieved in such a way that the cover 6 is loosely positioned and pressed against the grain by a spring (Fig. 4). Fig. 3 shows a conical edge and the covers of the channels are made as movable tines, pressed by springs 5. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 5, the side walls of the channels 3 are inclined towards the disk 1 so that There is a wedge action that presses the grain against the smoothing surface. The smoothing surface may also be cylindrical (Fig. 6), with the channels located approximately towards the forming drum, but always slightly inclined towards the drum. The smoothing surface may also form the inner surface of the vacuum cylinder, or the smoothing surface may be solid, while the grains rotate with the channels. The gliding surface can be provided with grooves corresponding to the grains and applied concentrically in a spiral or helical line (fi *. 1-3). The funnels 2 together with the channels 3 can be used in greater numbers around the circumference. air-suction devices may be placed in the spaces between the groups of these devices or above each device, whereby good ventilation and convenient removal of scales is achieved.
